Can walk there from port. Grocery store across the street with everything. Can stock up on wine and liquor too.

“Great little cafe!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed September 17, 2013

We stopped by the Aloe Café one day while we were in Vaitape to pick up some groceries. They have a great little selection of hard to find Belgian beers - in addition to cocktails, wine and the local beer Hinano. We ordered a ham & cheese Panini with salad to go and it was quite good. The prices are very reasonable for Bora Bora. Aloe Café became our "stop over" and "go to" place to have a drink whenever we were in Vaitape. A few nights we took the early boat shuttle from the Hilton and we'd have an hour or so to kill before the restaurants picked us up for dinner - we always headed to Aloe Café for a drink and a place to sit. The staff and owner were always quite friendly.

“Good choice on Bora Bora”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed September 8, 2013

My wife and I enjoyed a very good early dinner at this restaurant in Vaitape. The cost here was about half of what something similar would cost at the resorts, and it was very good.

“good dining with no ambient”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed August 14, 2013

very good dining if you are looking for cheap food in good quality,
their tuna fish is very fresh and good price.
for me ambient is very important in restaurants so i gave 3star.
its just very cheap aluminum chairs and table outside for you to sit with no nice view.
service unfriendly.
no smile what so ever.
took long time to get our food as well.

“Don't get the burger”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed August 6, 2013 via mobile

I got the burger and it was nasty. It was really not good but I was really hungry. Get the pasta or pizza or fish. Pasta looked really good!
