“Great garden”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed August 6, 2013

This is a small hotel adequate for a nice family vacation. It also has a small private beach if you don't want to waste time on driving around. The garden in the center of it is magnificent and the choice of food, including its quality, was excellent (which is a rarity for Greek hotels).
The rooms are ok, although it was obvious that they were trying to cut back on expenses while decorating them. The beds are a bit odd - a mattress put on a concrete block?! I had never seen anything of the sort before. Still, the quality of sleep was fine.
It is a-several-minute drive to Nikiti, a village with bars, restaurants, taverns and shops.
I would recommend a small children's playground since the hotel is advertised as a 'family one'.

Room Tip: Ask for a room overlooking the garden or the pool.

I like very much this hotel. We was there in june and spent a very nice vacation. This is not tipical all inclusive hotel, it is small, with nice garden, a lot of flowers, nice pool and place for children to play. Rooms on 1-st floor are perfect for families with children. Breakfast is good, dinner is very good, every day there are various meals, fish, fruty di mare ecc. Staff are very kindly and smiles all the time. The beach is good, not perfect, there are some pebbles, but the location is perfect to choose different beaches after Nikiti. There is no free wi fi, but this is good to have a real relax. Rooms are big enough, good accomodation. We was in double standart with 2 children in 2 baby cot and there was enough space. I realy like this hotel. Only little problem with the insects, but this is because of the big garden.

A fantastic one-week mid-June stay at Hotel Porfi Beach near Nikiti, Halkidiki, Greece! One feels like living in a botanic garden with a nice pool and private sandy beach near a pine tree forest!!!
All inclusive is the hospitality of staff and owner, fresh typical food and drinks and clean and comfortable surrounding + the feeling of being guests in a summer estate for holidays!
Wish you were here!

Room Tip: do not choose promo rooms!

This hotel is located two kilometers before Nikiti. It is 3* hotel.
First, the room. We were in room 500, which is superior type. It has enough space. The bed was good. The room is cleaned every day and every day you will get clean towels.
But, this room is too close to the pool and the bar. The music from the bar is way too loud and it stops after midnight.
Food was fine. They could add more variety for breakfast. Dinner is much better. You will be satisfied by the diner.
Pool is good enough and we used it only when the waves were too big for our kids.
The beach is not nice. But the location of the hotel is perfect. If you come by car, like we did, you can get really quickly (10-20 minutes) to some very nice beaches and there are lots of them in Sithonia.
The hotel also has tennis court. One hour will cost you 10 euros. The court is bad. Plus, the rackets you get at the hotel are for the garbage. When I saw the rackets I said no tennis for me next two weeks.
The worse thing about this hotel is some king of disgusting smell in the air sometimes. I could not find where it comes from. Maybe from the pool filter or from the nearby villa. But when it comes you can't sit near the pool or be in the garden.

Room Tip: Do not take room 500 if you go to bed before midnight. It is too close to the pool and the bar. The...

We've been to Porfi beach hotel this summer with two children aged 4 and 7. For the first time I could relax while my kids were playing in the beautiful garden, not being afraid that they will run into the street or something else would happen to them.
Room was clean with quite new furniture. Pool was also very good. Food was O.K., enough for the 3 star hotel. Personnel was very kind and polite. The beach was nice, but the sunbeds were charged even for the hotel guests.
There were a lot of children, so it wasn't boring at all!
I think we'll go there next summer again!

The hotel is really nice. Green flowery garden, nice pool and pine trees surround it. But what I did not like is that you have to pay to enter THE HOTEL BEACH, even as a hotel quest. That is just crazy.
We had great room , but notice that some rooms have poor view to parking so prior coming try to book the nicer rooms.

I will start with it - the garden... It's really gorgeous - palms, bananas, huge pine trees, roses... And all very well kept and maintained! It made us feel like in a far exotic country.
The beach: nice, convinient, part of the complex (2-3 min. from any room), fine sand, extra payment (EUR 6,-) for sun beds and umbrella, crystal clean water in the morning and dirty water in the afternoon...
The food: very good (especially the dinner), fresh, various, tasty;
The staff: friendly;
The prices (incl. the pool bar): too high - the beer is EUR 3-4, a frappe is 3,40, a coffee is 3,10, stuffed peppers (for lunch): 7,10!
The srrounding: nothing interesting (one needs a car to discover or visit other places/beaches) but we felt quite well in the complex;
The rooms: spacous, clean, a bit noisy (as our room was realtively close to the main road), one of the few issues was the bathroom (needs refreshment, we had some minor problems with it as well)
We (2 adults and a little kid) were very pleased with our stay and would recommend the hotel, espacially to families with children!
