On a recent trip back to Italy walking through Tuscany we stumbled upon this new restaurant in Colle Val Delsa. The atmosphere was inviting so we decided to give it a shot and have an early dinner there. We were welcomed by the two waitresses who immediately served us up with sparkling wine and explanations of the concise but mouthwatering menu in English. The pasta is all home made so we had to try that. We had some wonderful homemade gnocci and filled ravioli. The food was so delicious that we ordered another plate of pasta. The house wine went great with the food and was locolly made on an organic farm. The puddings were outstanding, too. The bill came to 34 Euro and we thought it to be really reasonable.
