Spent 4 nights in late Sept. Before booking I checked the bedrooms on the I/net, all looked lovely. However the room we were allocated was more like a single than a double. It was very small and situated in the furthest corner of the hotel. We only had one chair and had to request another The only natural light was from one window of approx. 45 x 40cms, which was screwed down, therefore eliminating any fresh air. Constant problems with the key entry, which was changed 4 times. Reception staff did'nt seem to show any interested in our concerns. Food in the restaurant was good with very polite staff, but service was extremely slow. Bar prices were exhorbitant. The hotel could do with a second lift.
