“Amazing Infrastructure...”

I was there at the landmark towers kanpur for three nights & the stay there was amazing including the delicious food quality. The management has recently changed its hands & refurbished the entire hotel including the staff as well. After seeing the reviews i was in a state of confusion as to what next after Landmark But the services at the hotel were were excellent....

The landmark is perhaps the finest hotel in Kanpur. It is situated in the buzzing Naveen market and provides easy access to cities major tourist attractions. Normally discounts are available throughout the year expect in wedding season, when it is pre-booked.

Last time I went was 2008 so I was amazed when I returned to find the hotel completely renovated. The hotel was still not finished but much better than 2008 , Electric went off a few time but you expect that.The food in the restaurant was very good indeed and my previous memories of 2008 were erased.
Overall , well done to Vinay Dhir the general manager and all the staff , we were well looked after.

I have stayed @ Mark on two occasions during this year 2013. The Hotel has a grand Reception and structure with Class Marbles and excellent Rooms. The Roof Staff Restaurant and Bar (Club Style) are also good. Hotel was under renovation, disconnecting the luxury part like health club and the Room Service is too poor. An order made took so long that my guests had to leave without dinner to catch the train. A Hotel has to have the hospitality - an essential feature and am sure thIs would draw their attention!

One of the best in Knapur, but still needs to be better. stayed for 2 weeks in July'13.... their Hospitality needs to be improved. The major negative point is that this Hotel is under renovation and hence no gym facilities

I visited this property on a business trip with my team. The hotel rooms very very poor. The bed and bedding were of very poor quality. The food was very average. The service was very poor too. The intercom wasn't working and it was a nightmare getting to someone at the reception.

Room Tip: Don't choose this property.

I used to stay in Cawnpore club in Kanpur through one of our business associate. Tried this property first time and overall experience was average. It is okay for one day stay or short stay. The major negative point is that this Hotel is under renovation and I was told that same is going on for more then 6 months. Rooms and food was just okay. If you are not expecting much and do not have any other option then this is for you.
