As 2 weary hiking travelers and first time B&B-ers, we were recommended to stay here by a lovely couple at the local pub who overheard our evening accommodation dilemma. Our hosts immediately took us in and made us feel welcome and at home despite the late hour, chatting into the evening about how the Taylor-Made came to be. We had a restful sleep in crisp, soft sheets and awoke to an absolutely amazing early morning breakfast that rival’s any local restaurant. Their home made spreads and breads and cereals were a delicious compliment to the frest fruit, meats and cheeses, the perfect eggs and delightful company. There are a variety of rooms to choose from in a more than reasonable price range, all with fluffy pillows and comfortable matresses, some with 2 beds and some with their own shower. Although we only stayed 1 night, we would have loved to stay a week and take in all that the beautiful property and surrounding area has to offer. I take the time to tell everyone about our experience in person so that they too can visit the beautiful town of Lions Head, but also to have the opportunity to meet Dave and Barbara and see what gracious, lovely people they are. Thanks for getting us well rested and well fed to keep us going to the end of the Bruce Trail! L&G
