“Great Place to stay in Mykonos just far enough away from the action”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed yesterday NEW

had a great time at the Kivotos. The rooms are nice and the staff are fantastic. No real beach at this hotel, but it is not needed, head over to Namos Beach Club for a great time relaxing during the day, then the party starts late in the afternoon.

The breakfast at the Kivotos was nice, and they offer an optional sailing excursion around part of Mykonos.

We will be back soon.

This hotel is near a small but perfectly formed beach with lots of trendy bars. It is also near a bus stop direct to Mykonos that runs regularly. The hotel rooms are clean and beautiful, the facilities are modern and the setting is stunning views into blue sea and is just amazing. There is also a restaurant which serves lovely food with fab views! Would stay again certainly

I loved the pool, the food, the drinks and also I loved the service at the pool. The views were outstanding and the weather could not have been nicer in August/September.

Go here with a romantic partner though it makes it much better!!

Room Tip: all rooms are unique and have views of the water!

Small but not too small, quiet, and peaceful, yet full of life. This boutique hotel was our first stop in Greece.
Beautiful clean, with spectacular views of the water. Crystal clear pools.
Breakfast and Lunch FABULOUS.
Beach was small, rock and clear. Bring water shoes. Just a beautiful area...
Rooms were modern.
Staff was warm and welcoming.
Drinks were done, to perfections.
Wonderful stay as we journeyed Greece.

At a very nice spot a well presented and decorated hotel which certainly fits its purpose. Excellent lobby, very nice pool bar, art work proper amenities. The breakfast was beyond our expectations. The only area which did not like is the untrained personnel which really is a grey spot to this excellent from all other aspects hotel

The resort is beautiful and there are so many places to lounge, relax and just take in the views. We spent hours by the pool, or down by the water or eating in a private cabana. I enjoyed the best Cesar salad of my life in that cabana, along with many other yummy things. Our room was smaller than I'd prefer but the bathroom was very nice. The toilet was in a separate room from the bath and shower, which also included a TV. The downside to the resort is that it is not near the town and it is very spendy. If we return to Mykonos, we will probably not elect to stay here again but we did enjoy our time here.

A little late in this review, but stayed at the Kivotos in July 2014 for 3 nights during a trip to Mykonos and Santorini. A beautiful property that is a 10 minute cab ride away from the main town square. We actually viewed that as a good thing since the main town can get so packed and loud after 7 pm in the evening. Lovely room with balcony and living room which allowed us to stretch out and almost feel like we had our own little apartment. The pool and private beach are very relaxing and the clientele is more geared towards couples than families. In fact during our stay we rarely saw more than 10-15 people which was perfectly fine for us. The beach is not a true beach but a small stone and sand area used for boat launches and entry into the cold bay (in July). But we did have a great time setting up chairs down there and relaxing- very peaceful. We only ate breakfast and lunch at the property- we really enjoyed getting up for breakfast and sitting at the main dining room balcony, I was told it had beautiful sunset views as well. Lunch by the pool was very good as well, nice salad and traditional greek fish dishes. We would also highly recommend walking out of the hotel and heading down the hill into the smaller town nearby for a dinner excursion. Some good low key options in that town. Overall a very luxurious and pleasant stay.
