Sit outside at the back. The restaurant isn't that busy usually so most people sit there and it's got more atmosphere. Food is relatively cheap and tastes great. Freshly cooked and portions are large. They didn't speak any English which was fine as we just worked it out with an Italian app and a bit if time and hand gestures which was actually funny.
I would recommend this place, especially if staying in Hotel Etna as there aren't too many places that close and is in walking distance.
