Kempinski hotels usually do not dissapoint their customers and ussually you get the high services stadards for the high price you pay. This Kempinski is an exception as it does not meet the best standards of this hotel chain especially for its poor service. It applies especially to its pool bars. Also Indoor pool was cold, in the fitness room there was not enough exercize machines especially for aerobic activities? The worst experience we had with the front desk which was not helpful and flexible to our needs. Only this year i have had 15 stays in various Kempinski hotel and i have never seen such mess with my check-in and check-out. Among other things they issued the wrong invoice for my stay and they did not credit my stay to my Kempinski loyalty account. When i escalated it trough GHA they replied that i have never been in the hotel and that they register my reservation as a no show. I cannot believe that the hotel has been awarded by Tripadvisor certificate for 2011.
