3 of 5 stars Reviewed yesterday NEW via mobile

Stayed for one week found check in and reception staff manic lots of people jumping ahead in the queue! Room was lovely had a garden bungalow great space and modern bathroom. Main disappointments were the food and drink offerings. Food was very average with same things each night drinks also not a massive selection. You also have to pay for bottled water which is wrong. Infinity pool is too busy and lagoon bar are both very tired in need of modernisation. Beach is lovely. Definitely a 3 star hotel if your looking for something more 4 star plus this is not it despite the good photos on the website! Concierge helpful definitely hire a motorboat for the day if you can. Paxos trip far too much travelling and u spend most the time sitting on the boat. Taxis 20 euros to and from corfu town.

Dear Mr Andreas,

I would once again like to thank you and your team for a wonderful stay. You have a very nice resort with a wonderful team.

We stayed for ten days and, working in the industry myself, can't imagine how you could offer much better value for money. We wanted a relaxing break and to not worry about a thing and this exactly what we got!

Particular thanks and well done to your beach team (specifically Louisa) who all coped amazingly during the lunch time storm on our first Sunday. Also special mentions to Socrates, yiannis, christos, cristos (reception), nicoli (reception), antonis (restaurant), lilla, barbara, violeta, anthi, gerasimos (sorry if this is wrong spelling), nicu and nikolas. I am sure there are many oyher great members of the team we did not meet, so thank you to everyone I missed.

Would love to visit again in the future!

Booked last minute to stay at the Aeolos for 4 nights late September
The hotel is billed as 4 star , I would question that , more 3 star in my opinion
The whole hotel , rooms and facilites are very tired looking and need investment , I didn't meet one person who had a good word to say about the rooms , investment is needed
Food is of average quality but at least there is variety , food temperature is warm at best in most of thehot food buffet trays , would suggest going for the cook to order option
Beach is lovely and peaceful and the infinity pool is nice too
Hotel staff are varied , best on reception in my experience . The bar and restaurant staff are generally poor , really not interested in the customer or delivering customer service , shame really

Room Tip: Ask for a bungalow room with a sea view

Aeolos review. Went for 2 weeks 12th Sept 2014
1. Vicinity
a. Nicely situated just a short distance from the airport and from Corfu itself. Easy bus ride from a service that came more than every hour. 2 Euro per person only. Chaotic on a very crowded bus and no concept of queuing at all. Locals just walk to the front!
b. Weather was very pleasant and we needed umbrella for parts of the day. Sun-beds and umbrellas there.
2. Site
a. Lovely views with a short steep walk to a beach. Although they will shuttle you down when minivan available people waited 20 mins to get ride. Walk to beach not suitable for very elderly or infirm. Book your place early the beach is very narrow and crowded. Thin beach towels provided – returnable deposit. They were able to be exchanged daily. Beach -grit sand and very stony. Not good for making sand castles.
b. Good supply of a mixture of drinks – hot and cold through the day. Package includes Ice cream from 11.30 am onwards
c. Toilets provided on the beach but note the doors in men’s’ did not lock.
d. Plenty of beach activities with the “animation” team.
e. 2 swimming pools but did not use either – large one was too crowded. 2nd area attacked by mosquitoes – so take precautions sprays etc for this
f. Good enjoyable evening entertainment and you can borrow cards/games etc.
g. A couple of useful shops on site so if you forget certain essentials be not dismayed.
3. Room
a. We had standard single room. Nice sea view, balcony with 3 chairs and table. Good air-con. Good hanging space but not 1 drawer.
b. Although fully inclusive no drinks cabinet –just empty fridge. If you wanted water you bought – only 1.5 Euro but principle is wrong.
c. Bath room had bath and shower tap inside the bath – not a walk in shower.
d. Safety deposit box cost 20 Euro per week
e. Room cleaned daily except Sunday change of towels every 2nd day ( 2 bath towels 2 hand ones) bed linen changed every 3 days
f. No cooking facilities
g. TV with BBC world news channel
4. Food
a. If you are not fully inclusive you need a car to get to eat out.
b. Main restaurant for 3 self service meals with additional beach restaurant for lunch and you were allowed one set a” la carte” evening meal per week. We went for one but not 2nd in the last week.
c. Fair range of food only one meal in 2 weeks that we struggled to find main course.
d. Food replenished fairly regularly so you were never short although they found it hard to keep all foods warm – you sometimes ended up with tepid chips or luke warm meat. Understandable problem you can see when there is a shortage but not when it’s not hot.
e. However the all inclusive package was good value.
5. Staff
a. Very helpful and friendly. Concierges especially so, closely followed by waiters and bar staff. Reception efficient and informative.

Room Tip: main building has lifts and therefore less walking especially on day 1 with cases or having much lon...

Just home from a 9 night stay in this beautiful resort. Bungalow facilities on an all inclusive basis were excellent. Views superb as was the food, cleanliness and very helpful and friendly staff. Hired quad bikes for a day to see some of the island which was fantastic. Would highly recommend this hotel and the island of Corfu to anyone.

Room Tip: Bungalows nearer the main building are more accessible for everything including beach and pool activ...

Just back from a weeks stay in this hotel.
Lovely well looked after Hotel in a very quiet location.
Our garden bungalow was quite dark but out of the sun which kept it a little cooler!
Had a sea view and a lovely balcony to sit out and relax on.
The whole complex is well maintained.
If you have mobility difficulties this complex could be a problem as everywhere you go consists of steep hills and steps, it was good exercise for us as we enjoyed the all-inclusive menu so much we felt we were walking it off!!!
The bar area is nice and relaxing and the views on the veranda are stunning.
All the staff are polite, friendly and very helpful.
Had a lovely massage in the Spa.
Nice clean shingle beach with plenty of sunbeds. Plenty of sunbeds around the swimming pool which also has a lovely bar area overlooking the bay.
Easy access to Corfu town,Mouse Island and Benitses by bus, best not to walk along the roads as the footpaths disappear and the traffic can be a problem on the narrow windy roads.
Only downside was that there wasn't anywhere to have walk out to at night.
Although wouldn't go again would recommend this hotel to anyone who wants a peaceful relaxing holiday
