“Food was good.”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed June 10, 2014

A friend and I ate here the first night we stayed in Barbados. We each had a burger and sweet potato fries.... which were both very good! My friend had wings as well... which we thought were overpriced. Service was alright. Pretty standard.

“Tasty breakfast and kind attentive staff”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed May 25, 2014

We were planning to have breakfast at Bliss but it was closed so a local chap suggested we try the South Coast Daiquiri. So we did and we were delighted with the experience. Apparently this was their first week serving breakfast. We were greeted warmly at the door and handed a cold flannel to refresh us. We were then shown to an outdoor area where we were sitted. The music being played was perfect a mellow sort of Jazz. The chef was wearing proper whites and a hat and she went to great lengths to make sure we had all we needed. A delightful experience and a guarantee that we will be back.

“Amazing burgers!”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed May 18, 2014

Went here to get some food to takeaway. The restaurant was really quiet we were the only customers, but looked like they were getting ready for a birthday party, so maybe a private function. The staff were very friendly.
I ordered the paradise burger and my husband the BBQ burger, they informed us they make the burgers themselves. The food was so good, the burgers were juicy but not greasy all fresh ingredients. My husband even said best burger he has ever had!

“Unassuming, but excellent”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed April 5, 2014

We were traveling with family, and some of us were going home, while others stayed on Barbados for another week. This was the restaurant we chose for a 'good by' dinner. Heads up that it doesn't open until 2:00 or 3:00 p.m. (one of the locals was kind enough to tell us), and they're not well staffed until after 6:00. Nevertheless, the owner assured me he would do his best to feed our hungry group of 7 around 5:30. By the time we were actually all there and ordered our drinks, it was almost 6:00 and the service was great, as was the food. Most of the group ordered their renowned burgers, and I ordered the grilled fish with sweet potato fries. It was all excellent, for very reasonable prices.

“Good take-away option”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed April 3, 2014

We were staying at Oceans Two across the road and got burgers and fries take-away as we have a toddler who goes to bed early.

Burgers were tasty and fresh and the fries were great - especially the sweet potato ones. They travelled well in the short distance. At the time there was only one staff member doing everything, so do expect a reasonable wait.

Opening hours on FB page may need updating as it was closed when we tried to go for lunch once.
