We stayed at the hotel in February/March for 10 nights and we were on a budget -and this hotel has really good value for us.
Room was basic but very clean-(room has been cleaned every day) with the balcony,
Wi-Fi access, kitchenette, fridge, microwave,cuttlery, plates cups,ect.
-faboulous beach
-plenty of loungers,
-lot of activities -like Ted's travel around the island (very recommended!!), diving, snoorkeling with the big turtles (Day trip with catamaran),
-we booked the room with breakfast only -food was good, but every day almost the same:
2 juices (orange and pinneaple), tea, coffe, toast, jam , scrambled eggs, fried eggs, omeletts, cereals, fruits, cupcakes, beans & cube potatoes ( for fans of Irish /UK breakfast ), but lack of sausages or bacon .

They have nice bar "Blue Room" with happy hours , and with very good food (grilled fish fully recommended)

Minus:
there is no playground for the kids,
they do not have an elevator
street noise during the night

anyway is worth to come for couples, friends or solo.

We really liked the fantastic location and the great beach.
Comfortable big rooms, huge bed! Biggest we have ever had. And we have traveled a great deal. Nice bathroom and a great sea view.
Room was clean and had a safetybox. Always good to have.
Straff as wonderful, specially Anthony at the beach bar, John and Mark in the bar. Frontdesk, always helpful with reservations and taxis.
Entertainment in the evenings did not disturb at all, usually ended around 10 PM.

Stayed room only tended to just have toast or cereal in our room as there is a fridge,grill & kettle which suits us then dined out in the blue room and other local restaurants. 2 happy hours each day on the beach bar that does nice sandwiches for lunch,well manned by Michael & Antonio.Very friendly staff including Addy and his guys at the front lodge. Basic but very clean,good beach,plenty of loungers, we were on a budget and this hotel ticked all the boxes at good value- it kind of grows on you and we met some really nice people whilst staying here.

This place may have been hit a few years ago , but I would not send any one there nor would I return. Yes the rooms are clean , we will give them that, but Unless you are into cross country training do not book the third floor no elevators here. Also there is the constant street noise. Next do not book a all lnclusive at this hotel, the food is just plan bad and the breakfast is not worth the price and free is too much. Besides there are far too many good to great restaurants in the area to waste your $$$ in this place
