“Nice french restaurant”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed April 19, 2013

We visited this cosy restaurant in Altea, the owner is french and they have very good and
Velprepared food. Classics as onion soup, mussels and also good steaks.the winelist is also fine with both spanish and french Wine. Besides the menucard, they have specialities as chicken provence and other good dishes. Ist a small and cosy restaurant with excellent service.

“Enough reasons to visit again”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed March 7, 2013

Cosy place to be with good and friendly service and a good menu card. Especially when Jean- Michel, the owner has oysters directly from France.

“We will come again !!!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed March 4, 2013

On a saturday night we had a very nice dinner with friends. We all had a different meal and that was for the four of us fantastic. Their speciality "oysters" were fresh and tasty. We will recommend this restaurant to our friends and like to thanks the owners for a very pleasant evening. We like to sit there also one summer evening onthe balcony.

“Menu with Suprises”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed January 20, 2013

This is a cosy restaurant located at the bottom of the old town in Altea. The owner is very knowledgeable and accommodating and will give you advice if needed. The standard menu is a little disappointing especially as most of the reviews classify this as a French restaurant. Some of the dishes are Italian and not what you would expect from a quality French restaurant. Don't let this put you off. The owner will come to you with a list of specials which do not appear on the menu including a selection of meat, fish and oysters. This restaurant is well known for its oysters as the owner has a relative who owns an oyster farm in France and can therefore be assured of their freshness. They do not have oysters on the menu every day, so be sure to request them at the time of booking. The wines are a little expensive compared to other restaurants but the overall ambience is well worth a visit.

“Superb restaurant”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed December 28, 2012

A spectacular restaurant serving wonderful food. My family and I visit whenever in Spain. The restaurant is run by Michel and his wife and they are really professional in what they offer. It's not a cheap night, but well worth the money. Highly recommended.
