“Mixed feelings on this hotel”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed yesterday NEW

Our room at first glance was fine but looking closer the carpet was FILTHY and covered in stains. The bed was fine-pillows for elves?? Absolutely tiny!
Nothing to be excited about overall but ok. The check in was the SLOWEST ever. I have checked in to busy flights faster. Breakfast not bad. Location to Disney is great. Pool very small and not warm neither is the jacuzzi. They charge 2euro for pool towels.
Generally it did the job but one night was enough.

We found this hotel a great place to stay if visiting Disneyland Paris. Staff were friendly and pleasant from the outset. We had read that check in queues were large but we were seen to almost immediately and other our room was not ready yet, the use of the luggage room free of charge was helpful. Our room was spotless, nicely furnished and spacious. We used the free no. 54 shuttle bus to and from Disney which was a great service. Running frequently every 20 minutes and although we had read that the buses could be really crowded we did find the buses to be busy at times but the journey is less than 10 minutes so personally I don't think that's a deal breaker. At breakfast we were seated quickly, even during busy times and found the selection of food to be adequate. We ate in the Excalibur bar twice for dinner and found the food to be of very good quality. Although in saying this, the variety of food available was not substantive. Overall we found the hotel to be very pleasant indeed. The friendly and helpful staff plus a clean, tidy and comfortable room made our trip very enjoyable. Only thing to note is that juice was expensive-€4.80 for a glass of Pepsi in the bar and €3.50 for a can of coke from a vending machine. After staying in a Disney hotel last year, we definitely preferred this hotel. For the price and close proximity to the disney parks especially, we would definitely consider staying here again before visiting one of the low budget disney hotels.

This was our third time staying in this Hotel. This is a four star hotel and it deserves that standard. We stayed in a family room on the first floor which is the Foyer floor. The room is spacious and beautiful and clean. It comes with a nice size fridge and tea and coffee making facilities in the room. The Bathroom was big and very nice also. We had a nice view to the rear of the Hotel. We ate in the bar one night. The bar is very nicely decorated and the staff were very friendly and helpful. We had a kids meal for €11 and we had 2 pizzas at a cost of €15 each and 2 portions of fries. The food was very good and hit the spot. The bus rides into the park were 5 minutes. The breakfast was excellent and possibly one of the best Buffet breakfasts I have ever had in Disney and bare into mind we have stayed in every Disney Hotel except the New York Hotel. I would deffinitley return and I would highly recommend this Hotel to families and even if you wanted to visit Paris it is still a great hotel to travel in and out every day. Please note it is now called the Vienna Dream Castle Hotel

Room Tip: We stayed on 3 different floors of this Hotel and they were all excellent in every respect.

we spent 3 nights at this hotel, 2 of which were without toiletries and coffee/tea facilities. We also had to ask for towels My own traveling shower gel was stolen. Definitely not a 4 star hotel. Breakfast was good and the free shuttle bus to the park was excellent

Room Tip: Rooms are average in size and not noisy at all

We visited Disneyland Paris from the 11th till 14th December and stayed at this hotel. Great location, beautiful hotel and very clean. Breakfast was good. Indoor pool was the ideal relaxation after the days in the park. The only 2 disadvantages were that the VEA bus does not effect pickups and dropoffs at this hotel and this became an inconvenience when it rains due to luggages and to catch VEA bus on time from Disneyland bus stop. The other disadvantage was that one shuttle serves 4 hotels including this one, and this is time consuming apart from bus stops being fully packed with people . All the rest was good.

Overall we had a very nice stay at the hotel, and was very pleased the customer service. However, the housekeeping service wasn't up to par, and left dirty towels in the bathroom without changing them out. There were a few more small things housekeeping failed to do, but it added up for me not to notice. On a positive note, the breakfast buffet was very good and more options than a typical European breakfast would. I would stay again if I'm in the area.

My mum and I stayed here for two nights and we absolutely loved it! I would never bother staying in a Disneyland Hotel again as this was so much nicer.

We arrived at the hotel at around 7pm, after arriving at Disneyland at 2pm and spending a couple of hours in the parks. We got the free shuttle bus to the hotel, which was pretty painless and didn't leave us waiting for very long. The hotel lobby was lovely; it had a small playing area for children with a ball pit, small carousel and arcade games. The check in was quick and easy and the receptionist was so welcoming. She also upgraded us to a larger family room.

Our room was located on the fourth floor, which was non-smoking, however there was a faint smell of cigarettes as we left the lift. The room didn't smell of smoke at all though; it was a very good size, with a set of bunk beds and a king-sized bed. The beds were very comfortable however the only thing that let it down a little bit was that the duvets were quite thin for the winter and the pillows were too plump for my liking. However, this didn't affect my sleep at all. The bathroom was of a very good size also and was very modern. It came with a bath/shower, which was so lovely I didn't want to get out once I got in! We could also see some of Disneyland from our room, such as The Tower of Terror, and on the first night we could see the fireworks from the Disney Dreams of Christmas show!

The breakfast at the hotel was good. There were hot and cold options available, however I don't think the variety was exceptional. I couldn't fault the quality of the food though. I would suggest getting to breakfast for before 8 o'clock; we arrived at around 7:30am on both days and there was hardly anyone there until about 8am when it started to get busy.

There was also a small Disneyland shop inside the hotel with a range of products available to buy from Disneyland. The staff in the shop were lovely - in fact the staff in the hotel as a whole were very welcoming and friendly.

Overall, I really enjoyed the stay here, and would choose staying at The Dream Castle over a Disneyland hotel any day!
