“Fab hotel excellent location”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed September 1, 2013

Easy, check in and friendly staff. Very helpful. lovely rooms very clean - nicer and more reasonably priced than other Disney hotels. Liked the small play area for the children and the steps for them to check in. The restaurent breakfast was lovely - lots of selection and lots there for children. Will stay here again.

Struggle to understand why some people choose to give this hotel bad reviews. Better than a Premier Inn in the UK. Lovely surroundings, clean, smart well presented. Hotel staff are lovely and very friendly, all speak English (but don't be a typical Brit, have a go and speak French). Free Bus to and from the park is approx every 15mins, and runs from 6am to 1am the following morning. Bus takes you to Marne le Vallee train station right by the park. Continental breakfast is typical French and has options for all tastes. Loads of croissants, choc au pain etc, you ain't going to get a full English breakfast here so don't expect it. When in Rome!
Would not hesitate in staying here again, instead of driving I will look to get the Eurostar from London to Marne Le Vallee. Let's be honest you just want a good bed nice surroundings and pleasant staff, this hotel ticks all boxes. If you want to spend more time in the hotel than the park, then pay more for one inside the pak, but this hotel is more than sufficient! A***

Ok so first of all the reception area is lovely and the check in was done efficiently. Our rooms weren't ready when we arrived but we just waited and had a drink from the machines. When I got to our room I was really disappointed, we had broken tiles on the floor and the room looked very tired. It wasn't a huge room but had enough space for the 3 of us. We headed out to Disney. We got the complimentary bus to the parks, the bus wasn't too busy as the Kyriad is the 2nd pick up. Enjoyed our time in the park and then headed back to the hotel (I was not looking forward to it but my mum said "we aren't spending that much time in the room.") We got back and unpacked, no drawers in the room, so we hung up t-shirts etc and left the rest in the case. We decided not to use the safe as it really wasn't a proper safe as it could be lifted up and removed. That night I got into bed and wow what a comfortable bed with lovely clean sheets and quilt cover, we all had a great sleep. Breakfast was continental but was really lovely. Lots of fresh croissants, bread and fresh fruit. They even had English Breakfast tea which my mum loved and kept drinking. We went for breakfast at 8am one morning and then 8.30am for the rest of our time there, we always got a table and did not have to queue long for food. We laughed about the fact that most things in the vending machines was 2 euros. All in all for the little time we spent in the hotel it was fine and excellent for the price we paid.

Comfortable room quite large beds, very nice! Good view from the window. We were allowed to check in the morning even when I arrived, which was very much appreciated. In fact, this is a very very good value for its price and a nice three star hotel.
An excellent choice for families that wish to visit Disneyland and is seeking to shorten the trip from Paris, at the Park. Excellent location, beautiful surrounding. Breakfast ok .The Hotel is separated into different buildings, creating a cozy feeling.

We arrived late at night and checked in easily for our trip to Disneyland Paris the next morning. The hotel is a functional no nonsense design with little flair. I would say this is a good place to rest your head and get some food for energy for a trip to Disneyland. However if you were bringing kids here for a magical Disney adventure there is little associated with Disney at the actual hotel. The rooms are adequate for the means but the beds need updating. I rolled into the middle of ours a few times a night. The rooms do exactly what they are there for, to get some sleep and rest your head.

The food is served in a buffet style restaurant but I would avoid peak times (they are displayed around the hotel however). The food is adequate if you get there during the serving times. The staff are friendly and there to help and I cannot fault them for this.

Overall its a pleasant hotel but I would only stay here again as a base for a Disneyland adventure.

Don't even think about it. We booked it from the Internet for one week in June 2013. We came back to our room with our children after a long day in Disney, we found our room completely robbed and even the safe box got stolen with all the passports and lot of money . The hotel was so irresponsible when we reported the case and they were very cold. Even the manager didn't come to the reception. I will never stay there again. What was even more chocking to us that we found out from a worker there that this was not the first time cases like this to happen. We sued the hotel in the court.

We stayed here for a couple of nights when visiting Disneyland. A way to sum it up is it was functional. The room for the four of us (3 & 5 yr old) was small but fine with bunk beds for kids. However in our first room the bed was broken so they changed our rooms and the next bed was nearly as bad. I can normally sleep anywhere but fiund their beds awful/old/neglected. The location was good- we decided to drive to the park even there is a shuttle as we did not what a fight for the bus at midnight after the show. Definitely the right decision and was only 15euros- loads of parking, really easy, and 3 min drive from hotel.
Food at the hotel was basic. Breakfast was very busy, which they did advise us, and had bread, cheese, yoghurts, cereal. Dinner was canteen style also- again basic.
Please do not go here for the 'play areas' as advertised. There is basically a little slide and old wooden toddler seesaw. And seems crazy they had no playground in their huge grounds.
However if you need somewhere for bed & basic breakfast only and base near to Disney good chose. Go with no expectations ....
