“Great for children”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed March 10, 2014

I stayed here with my family over the weekend. The hotel is lovely and i would stay again but a couple of things needed attention. The cleaner came in while we were out and left our window wide open so when we returned to the room later in the evening our room was full of flies! They gave us a choice to either move rooms or they would use a chemical to kill the flies but we would have to stay out of the room for at least one hour and to be honest with a sleeping baby neither of those options appealed to us! My husband spent 10 mins trying to swat the flies instead! My sister's room had no shower gel in container. She asked several times over the weekend for this to be filled but it wasn't.
I used the toilets in the lobby and was horrified to find blood on the toilet seat and the sanitary bin half full of used items with no lid on display for all to see! As you can imagine i didn't use the loo! I reported it to reception but they didn't seem to fussed.
Saying all of that, the room was large and clean, staff nice, the facilities for the children were very good and the shuttle bus to Disney was frequent and very convenient for us so i would stay again.

4 of 5 stars Reviewed March 1, 2014 via mobile

We stayed as a party of 4 in a family room in July 2013 and were very pleasantly surprised by the quality of our stay given the reasonable price we paid. Family room was ideal. Not particularly roomy but we literally only used it as somewhere to crash after busy days at Disney. The hotel was clean, transport to the Parks was regular and a very quick journey. My 5 year-old daughter loved the bunk beds and it was handy to be able to draw a curtain across to enable some privacy from the adult sleeping area. Breakfast was ok. Plentiful but not the greatest, though no complaints. We slept well, liked the look of the hotel and appreciated how close it was to the Parks for a significantly cheaper price than the official Disney hotels. We didn't use the pool so can't comment on that. We'll be returning!

Despite some poor reviews, we took the plunge an stayed for 2 nights. The hotel is literally a 5 min (free) bus ride from Disney and the Eurostar station. Aimed for kids, it's great. Beds are very comfy and the breakfast had plenty of choice. Pool was OK, basic but had free lockers.
The lobby had machines for the kids (at €2 a pop!) which they enjoyed. The grounds are beautiful with a fab walking track. We would stay again.

We stayed here for 3 nights in a suite for 5. The extra bed wasn't in our room on arrival but once spoken to reception was in there in 5 minutes- great service. The room was spacious with large double bed and bunk beds, tea/ coffee, kettle etc provided and they topped up tray every day. Also provide a mini small fridge which was very handy ( even more so if it had been summer) Hotel staff very helpful and polite, swimming pool was loved by the children, we had it to ourselves one afternoon! Gym ok, I didn't use it but teenage daughters did and said it was air conditioned with water machine provided.
Breakfast was buffet with every kind of taste catered for, tea, coffee, juice all provided.
Shuttle bus to disney takes under 10 minutes and comes frequently but we chose to drive and park using our key cards to park for free as the shuttle gets crowded at peak times. We also bought our 1 day 2 park tickets at the tourist office outside Disney parks as they were a lot cheaper than anywhere I could get them. 39 euro per adult with 1 child free per 2 adult tickets brought.
We have also stayed at Explorers, nearby, which we liked ( and the pool is fantastic for kids) but the room lay out (and fridge) would make me choose the magic circus to stay if we return.

Very pleased with our family room of bunk beds for our boys and a double for us.Boys loved the circus theme of the hotel and the uniform of the staff , which were always helpful and polite. Breakfast was good and the free bus shuttle service was excellent so far that i didn't use opur hire car at all to commute to the park.Swimming pool was free but was very cold ! overall i would recommend this hotel.

Good rooms, nice food, restaurant too hot! But food was fine. No English TV! Why don't they have a Disney channel in all the hotels! Great shuttle bus. I would def stay again. We had a family room with great bink beds for the kids with a curtain which they loved.

We stayed at the Sequoia Lodge (Disneyland, Paris resort) and found it greatly inferior to the Magic Circus. The availability and quality of the food was good. We could not eat at the the Sequoia Lodge because reservations were not available during our stay. The level of Customer Service was great and the rooms were clean. The price was half that of the Sequoia Lodge. The time to get to the parks by shuttle was the same as the Sequoia Lodge. The Magic Circus seemed to have more shuttles to get to the parks than the Disneyland hotels.

Room Tip: Ours came with free champagne and we had a simple room with one king sized bed.
