The hotel is located in Estrada da Vitoria, a very famous street. Actually I don't think its location is convenient. Slopes are everywhere. Its introduction says it takes 15 minutes walk to Ruins of St.Paul, but I also think it depends whether you know the shortcut or not. We kept asking local people, went down some stone steps, crossed a footbridge, and in the end we reached Fortaleza do Monte. But there is a "Playboy Club" near the hotel. The local taxi driver told us it was a famous nightclub and recommended us to visit.
We entered Macau via Gongbei Customs (Zhuhai). I thought the hotel would offer free shuttle bus there, while they do not. I called the Front Desk and they said free shuttle bus is in the (Macau-Hong Kong) Ferry Terminal. I was so speechless.
The hotel lobby is bright and large, with good-smell fragrance. Real white and light green orchid is set on the table right before the elevators.
I can tell most of the staff are not Chinese. However, seldom of them speak Cantonese! Instead, they speak fluent Mandarin and English.
The room is not too large or too small. It is not as luxury as the hotels in Taipa Island. Although it is a 5-star hotel, I think it only seems to be like a 3 to 4 star hotel in Guangdong Province. It is comfortable enough.
Only fixed shower head is in the bathroom.
