clean rooms, very nice hotel staff, basic breakfast, quick check in. Location quite ok.
two casinos in the hotel. compared to the holiday inn Cotai lacks details.
Assistance from the manager was very generous by providing us with a limousine service for a rather bad internet.

The website claims this is a four star hotel - it's a solid two and a half at most. It is in a good location but it is worn and showing its age. Also if you get a no smoking room it only means that no one has smoked in it recently not that it has never been smoked it. I'll be staying elsewhere the next time I'm here.

For the price, a terrific value in Macau. Wonderful, central location within walking distance of most of the main sites as well as lots of shops and local restaurants.

We received an upgrade and coupons for two free drinks upon check in. Many thanks! The staff was very VERY friendly. Everyone from the door staff, converge, front desk etc. was friendly, helpful and full of good cheer. Really very good by any standards. For location, value and service, you really can’t beat it.

Only one negative though and it’s a big one. The guestroom walls are as thin as I’ve ever experienced in a lifetime of travel. I mean so thin, I can’t believe a hotel group accepts such a state of affairs. Even if people are quiet and well mannered (which of course they are not much of the time) you can hear a pin drop in the room next to you. A good night’s sleep is tough.

Having said that, the high level of service and low price means that it is a great option for business and family travellers.

This hotel isn't full on weekend and it's cheap if compare to other hotel in Macau, so it's a good choice for last min weekend booking. It's new and clean for medium range hotel. Or if u stay in the casino or go out longer than in the room, it will be the best choice. Very average hotel and room. Sheraton and Conrad are just a block away.

The Holliday inn is probably the best middle class hotel in Macau city.
You will find difficult to get a good hotel with a reasonably low price, after all the 5 star hotels with incredible features the Holliday inn is a great safe option.
The food is good on the business lounge.
It has got a great restaurant with lots of good dishes Chinese and international.
The casino is always full of people struggling to get in and out of the elevator.
It's very near from the city centre just need 5 minutes to reach Lisboa.
The prices can get very competitive if you have a long period stay.
You will find everything around the hotel, technology, food, drinks, stores.
A good option to stay in Macau city.

It was my 2nd trip to Macau and I am staying once again at Holiday Inn Macau after doing lots of comparisons and I was pleased with my 5 nights stay there.

Holiday Inn Macau is more suitable for budget travellers whom are looking for decent comfortable rooms below S$150 per night. There was a renovation in the past years and the rooms looks okay and the beds are very comfortable. However, the other furniture wardrobe, toilet sink, etc are still the woody feel and looks old.

The other two factors that Holiday Inn Macau stands out is due to location, it is only 5-10 mins walk away from the other major casinos like Grand Lisboa, MGM, Wynn, Starworld casino etc And from Starworld casino which is part of Galaxy Group has a free shuttle bus to Galaxy Hotel and you can walk over to Venetian.

There are also many eateries and small food stores around Holiday Inn Macau which gives travellers an experience to try local food and experience the local culture. Convenience stores and supermarkets are also available.
