the place connected with 'City of Dream' and very close to 'Venetian' and other spots.

All of my 5 friends stayed at this hotel through a holiday package at this hotel. Let me tell you that if you are interested in partying then you cannot miss this place. This hotel has a shopping mall in itself + this hotels has 3-4 pubs which are fabulous in itself. i dont think so you should waste your time in rooms but enjoy and explore this hotel and get into the parties/events which this hotel has it on going.

Had a short stay in Sept'12. A standard Hard Rock Hotel. Good thing is it's part of the City of Dreams and opposite the Venetian and Sands Entertainment Complex with the Galaxy a stone's throw away. 5 minutes from the airport.

Got a standard room which is smallish but nice. 3 fixture bathroom which is odd if it is a 5 star hotel. Heard the pool is lovely but did not use it also did not try breakfast.

Overall a good stay.

We were very grateful to the services provided by the hotel staffs on 3rd Dec 2012. We were late for the show Dancing water and the concierge staffs were very helpful to print our tickets immediately without delay and a staff even ran with us in order to guide us to the Dancing water theatre which was quite far away from hotel reception. We were surprised about the excellent services the hotel rendered as compare to another famous hotel (The Venetian) we stayed previously in Macau last year. Also, the checking in was very efficient. The room service was also excellent. We requested for two extra towel and they came with two extra towel and two extra mineral water which we had forgotten to request. Also, the breakfast at Hard Rock Cafe was SUPER!!! Anyway, we will be back to this hotel again !!
