“Have never ever had it so good !”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed April 26, 2013 via mobile

This hotel has everything and more . Their rooms are beautiful well appointed and super spacious . Their Restruents serve awesome food . Their staff - so well trained professional and always at hand for whatever one may need . If you are going to go to Macau this is the place to be ... A short walk from the craziness of the Venetian - a very quite super classy and relaxing place to be in . No other hotel in Macau !!!!

My husband and I stayed there for 2 nights with our 3 month old daughter. All the staff were amazing and so friendly! They upgraded our room at no extra cost so we had more room for the cot (which they also provided at no additional cost). They also had ready a bottle steriliser, bottle warmer and a little gift pack for our daughter. There was even a hand-written card and present for Easter. The customer relations manager also went to the trouble of calling us on the day we went exploring to let us know that a storm warning had been issued, in case we wanted to head indoors with our daughter. The breakfast was beautiful. The room was massive! Amazing bathroom! I could go on forever! It is conveniently located with easy access to The Sands and The Venetian, both with great shopping. Also a short walk over to the City of Dreams.
We would definitely stay there again, no hesitation!

Impeccable service with attention to detail as expected in a Four Seasons property. The rooms were spotless and spacious. I would love to have the opportunity to go back for a second visit. The breakfast restaurant was the best we had ever seen. There was an endless choice of food.

Four seasons makes u feel welcomed. It has beautiful interiors... rooms r spacious & extremely comfortable. staff is very courteous & helpful. it is next to the populor venetian hotel but is very different from it. Venetian is crowded & there is no personal touch there, whereas four seasons gives a personal touch to itz guests. i wud love to stay there again.

This property is a high quality 5 star hotel, as you would expect walking into any Four Seasons hotel around the world. The hotel is a normal size hotel (compared to the mega hotels in Macau) with large hotel rooms and a big conference facility (was attending a conference for 2 days here).

Relatively quiet compared to the other hotels in Macau, although it is a short walk to the Venetian (connected by a shopping mall) and over to Cotai Central (connected by footbridge).

The bus network is not as good as the other hotels, so either leave some extra time when going to the Ferry terminal, or rely on the taxi network.

Room Tip: Rooms are either facing East (Cotai Central) or West (Galaxy Macau). Not much difference, but West f...

Dear kangelili,

Thank you very much for sharing your review with us on TripAdvisor. While we are glad to know that you appreciated the expected Four Seasons pampering and our meeting facilities, we have to agree that the bus network to the Hotel is not as well developed as other casino properties on the Cotai Strip. Currently, Plaza casino shuttle is the only one that stops in front of the Hotel to take guests to the Taipa ferry terminal. It runs from 11:00 am until 10:00pm daily at a 15-minute interval. For those who are unable to match the shuttle schedule, we would suggest them to either take a taxi or a private car arranged by us.

We would love to hear more feedback or suggestion that we may do to enhance your arrival or departure experience, please reach us by writing to our Hotel Manager, Mr.Yonatan Kachko (yonatan.kachko@fourseasons.com). We look forward to hearing from you soon.

Yours sincerely,

The room isn't as big as the Venetian but I love that the hotel is in a more secluded part of the Venetian complex, away from all the tourists. The room is filled with L'Occitane amenities, which is a plus. The breakfast is quite good but I still think the best buffet is from Grand Hyatt. The gym is very nice as well with new equipment and the pools are relaxing. I like to go early in the morning when there aren't that many people. The casino at the Four Seasons is smaller than the Venetian and the minimum bets are still quite high but if you like a smaller crowd, this is perfect. There are less people and they give you free chocolates and fruits at the machines! Their chocolates are really yummy

Dear vivleung,

Thank you very much for posting a review on TripAdvisor. We are delighted to know that you like the transquity of the hotel, and the smaller crowd at the Sands's Plaza Casino next to us. We especially appreciate your opinion about the buffets quality in Macau. We will definitely share your words with our F&B and culinary teams, and by your next visit, we wish our buffet offerings will be elevated to your first choice. Meanwhile, should you have other opinion that may help us enhance your future experience with us, please feel free to connect with our Hotel Manager, Mr. Yonatan Kachko (yonatan.kachko@fourseasons.com). We look forward to having you back to the hotel soon.

Having stayed here previously I am impressed with how far this hotel has come! Great service and best 5 star hotel in town . Only complaint would be the food on the breakfast buffet with its cold dim sum and poorly replenished fruit on ice. Mor attention needed to food quality overall. Otherwise great stay! Recommended

Dear Firsyclass,

Thank you very much for taking the time to post a review on TripAdvisor. Although we can't stop our happiness to know that you enjoyed our service and regarded us as the best 5-star hotel in Macau, we felt sorry to know that the breakfast buffet offered in the hotel fell short of your expectation. Your valuable feedback was already shared with Mr. Goncalo Monteiro, our Director of Food and Beverage. He has already taken action to investigate and resolve what is necessary. We would truly appreciate a chance to connect with you directly to restore your confidence on our buffet offerings. Please feel free to write to Mr. Monteiro (goncalo.monteiro@fourseasons.com) and we hope we may be able to welcome you back shortly.

Yours sincerely,
