“Unforgettable Egg Tarts”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed September 9, 2012

I dont know if it is because its the first Macau egg tart I tasted. But it somehow leave a very good impression. I tried other tarts from Ko kei, Lord Stow etc. My only comment is that it opens late around 9:30 a.m. Other eateries in the area open as early as 7 am

“Famous Egg Tarts”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed September 6, 2012

I'm not a huge fan of egg tarts, but these were really very good. Seems to be a crowd all the time, but they've got the ordering system down. Well worth a visit to pick up a snack. You can also order deli sandwiches.

“Yummy egg tart”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed September 3, 2012

A famous, Protugese style egg tart in Macau. Very moist, soft and sweet in your mouth. Good for the mouth but may not good if you're watching cholesteral level as you can feel it's very egg-y. Get the white egg one instead if you don't like it too much egg-feeling. It comes when very hot so be careful when having first bite. Very yummy and should try at least one piece with tea. After taking a vote from my friends, the majority like this one better than the famous egg tart in HK.

“Best Portuguese egg tart on Macau”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed July 19, 2012

We did a Portuguese egg tart tour around Macau, and Margaret's was the clear winner. Lord Stow's (founded by Margaret's late ex-husband Andrew) was a close second as was KFC, believe it or not.

Margaret's doesn't stay open too late (maybe until ~6pm), so be sure to go before dinner.
