Room not to good need updating but staff and barman Babas. Absolutely EXCELLENT, great stay in a beautiful place. To be honest without Babas Sunny Days wouldn't be the same. Location was a bit from the beach.

We were put in Sunny Days at short notice. 3 days before we were due to travel ,we were informed our hotel was overbooked & that we would be staying at Sunny Days.
When we arrived we were made to feel very welcome by Maria & Babis.
We were disappointed with our room as it was on a lower floor,so asked Maria if we could change rooms. She said there was no other rooms available at that time ,but to see her again in 3 days time .We asked again on the Sunday morning & were told we could move into an upper floor room .We found this room suited our needs ,good size ,very clean & good views Thank you Maria for making us feel so welcome Babis also very good barman ,enjoyed my cocktail each evening, drinks very reasonably priced .A very enjoyable holiday at Sunny Days .We would certainly stay there again if we were to return to Tingaki..,thanks to Maria & all the staff.

We didn't actually book to stay here but loved it and didn't want to move. Maria and Babis the barman made us feel welcome and part of the family. Clean good size rooms with optional air con at extra 35per wk. Comfy sun beds by pool. Reasonably priced drinks at bar. Cocktails went down a treat.
Close to bus stop for bus to Kos town 2euros each way. Great beach down the road. Kos town has lovely beach too and a bustling harbour doing trips to bodrum turkey which can be booked in resort with pick up from hotel. Bike hire across the road only 3 euros per day. Jeep hire £55 per day. See the island in a day. Paradise beach was great. zia the mountain village is great for a good sunset and a meal. Lots of tourist shops.

Thorouly recommend Sunny days and Tingaki.

We travelled with our son and his girlfriend. Suits all ages.

Room Tip: Rooms facing the side road have a great view of the sunset and stay reasonably cool.

This hotel is great. It is 5 minutes away from the noise, with everything within walking distance.
Lots of bars and restaurants nearby. supermarket and bus stop to all villages 2 minute walk. 5 minute walk to beach which has water sports on it. but if none of this appeals to you, then you can just relax by the lovely pool and get great snacks and meals from the pool bar and all without having to fight for a sunbed. The breakfast menu looks little but the staff are willing to cook any combo. The rooms are brilliant clean with lots of room to move around. There is a lounge bar with free WiFi and few pool tables. The hotel would suit all ages, the staff are absolutely brilliant, nothing is too much trouble.

GREAT CLEAN SPACIOUS ROOMS, WELL EQUIP POOL, GREAT FOOD,
and a very sexy Barman willing to keep the bar open till everyone ready to say good night.

I would recommend this hotel to anyone, and we liked it so much are returning in May 2014

Room Tip: All rooms are very spacious with all facilities easy to reach.

We are a family of four who stayed recently at the Sunny Days apartments. We enjoyed a fantastic family holiday with a party of around 30 of altogether. Our apartments were very clean and spacious and we had a lovely view towards the sea and mountains.
We were made to feel very welcome by the family who own the apartments and everyone who works there. Maria, Spiros, Marina, Anastasia, Maria and Babis were so friendly and helpful and we enjoyed chatting to them every day. I even developed my greek speaking skills! thanks to everyone.
I wouldn't hesitate to return and look forward to doing so in the next couple of years. Tigaki itself is a lovely friendly small family resort which has a very nice beach.

This was a very late booking so we were limited to availability. Our "apartment" was two bedrooms with a small kitchen area in the main part. Very basic S/C facilities, only really used for coffee and toast. We found the cups coffee stained and the pan dirty. We had to buy a scourer and washing up liquid to clean everything.

When we went into the bathroom, we could only laugh at the "shower". It really is just an open alcove 2ft x 2ft. We are all average sized but you couldn't possibly get into it to shower and in any case there was no bracket for the shower head. Just had to manage.

The whole place is in need of a good refurb as it looks like it's just been patched up. The pool area is quite small with a rickety wooden bridge. The pool is a bit too deep in the shallow end for kids. There is a tiny kids pool but it's only about 2ft deep and not clean. Very strange set up. Maria at the pool bar was friendly but we only ate there once. The food was not good and there is only a small choice of drinks here.

The cleanliness could be much better and the maids, although regular, just whizz in and out of rooms within minutes. The toilets by the pool bar were disgusting.

Although on the main road, the location is good. 10 mins walk to the beach and next to one of the best restaurants in Tigaki - Sagittarius.

All in all we will not be returning to Sunny Days. There are plenty of other much better places to stay.
