So I booked the Kia Yazo online. I didn't know, that there would be someone picking me up from the harbor. It was no problem to ask for the way but if you booked online watch out for someone waiting for you.
The guy who was supposed to pick me up later overhauled me later and lead me the last meters to the homestay. He and his friends where extremely friendly. Regarding their age (probably 20 - 22) the acted quite professionally.
The description homestay is maybe not too accurate. There is actually no family living there. During the night there is just the night watch.
To the rooms: Without aircon it's 150k a night. An aircon room is 200k.
My room was spotless. Same with the linen. Everything was perfect. The bathroom is pretty much outside. And was spotless too.
After two days and some negotiation I moved to an aircon room for the same price. Main reason was that I had just an average Wifi signal in my first room. And as nobody else stayed there I could simple change to the room next to the router.
The room was spotless too.
All in all I have no complains at all. The only thing you might should consider is the location. On the one hand good, because you don't hear the mosque too much, on the other hand you have to get through some dark little alleys to get there. But if you don't have a problem with that, stay there!
To the beach it's probably a 150m walk.
