“Definitely would stay here again”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed September 15, 2013

Nice location, clean. Found the staff to be very helpful. Only thing that bothered me was having to pay for WiFi, kind of ridiculous in 2013. Breakfast selection was very good. The rooms are spacious.

We were in Ibiza for 3 nights and chose this hotel based on the trip advisor reviews and photos.

The positives - the Lobby of the restaurant looked fantastic, and although the pool is old, the pool area over the sea had amazing views of the ocean. Get in early to secure a poolside chair though. The hotel bar also had a DJ or live music late in the afternoon which was a great way to wind down after the day.

The negatives - All the renovation money seemed to be spent on the Lobby area. The rooms look modern on the surface but the doors and wall were paper thin. You could hear conversations in the next room. Also the bathroom area was very noisy - noisy in that you could hear other rooms flushing toilets and having showers, which was absolutely bizarre.

Security at this hotel was also bizarre - Firstly you have to pay in order to use the room safe - I found that a bit cheeky. We also arrived early due to our flight and had to leave all our luggage in the lobby in a big pile with other peoples luggage. Not very secure.

Also if people are planning on coming to Ibiza to hit the Club Scene, the hotel is a bout a 15 minute walk to Ibiza Town, but you would need to catch a taxi to the other side of the Island if you wanted to visit the big clubs.

All in all, great for the pool and the view, but not an amazing hotel.

Room Tip: View of the Ocean

this hotel had the worst service i have seen in a long time. they were not helpful. rooms were not cleaned on time. very noisy. they restaurants in the area were not good either. on top of everything else, they took our money for tickets to ushuaia then when they were not used they refused to give our money back even though other hotels refund the money when not used. .

My wife and I stayed at this hotel for 4 nights in August 2013, the rooms are spotless, fresh, modern and perfect for a short break. Not sure what the bad reviews are all about, and to be honest the staff are very friendly, espically the receptionist :)

I love Ibiza :)) I loved this hotel:)

Room Tip: Get a sea view room, it makes all the differecne, amazing view, the higher up the better ;)

We really enjoyed our stay here - our room with the scenic view of the water was beautiful. We could enjoy wine on our patio without having to go to the bar, while looking out at the sea and the palm trees. Although it was strange to have to put a deposit down for the pool towels, the pool itself was very nice and it felt great to have a quiet, nice place to relax from the craziness of club-central Ibiza. It's walking distance to the Old Town with great restaurants and shops - this made coming back to our room at 6am after Pacha, Space, etc. really nice each night b/c we knew we had somewhere quiet where we could relax/recover and not be surrounded by a bunch of teenagers!

My boy friend and I stayed here for 3 nights in July and we thoroughly enjoyed our stayed here. We came to Ibiza to party but also have that break and this hotel was perfect. The rooms a big, spacious and modern. It was a relief to have a great place to stay after being out all night.

However, the pool is pretty average for what the hotel is like and the staff are also average. I had a problem with my insurance as my phone was stolen and I need to use their fax machine (offered to pay) and they said "it was broken". I highly doubt this was true as how can a busy hotel not have a running fax machine?

Despite this, I would definitely stay here again! Loved it!

We arrived early morning and the room wasnt ready yet but we knew this already. The staff were very pleasant and allowed us to use the facilities until it was available. The reception area is large and spacious and immaculate. The rooms were bright, modern and very clean and fresh although a little small but we didnt mind. Lovely views from the spacious balcony out to the ocean. They have a modern outdoor terrace which is cheap for drinks and snacks and plays gentle music in the background ~ which is a godsend when you've been out clubbing every other night. This hotel is in Figuerettes, a short walk to the beach, although the pool area is on the doorstep. You can walk to ibiza town, 15mins or playa den bossa ,30mins. A taxi is only 10euro. Great selection at buffet breakfast. Staff very pleasant. I'd say the hotel was a little expensive but well above standa. for ibiza. I would recommend staying here.
