“You get what you pay for...cheap, but cheerfull”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed June 6, 2011

I have just returned from this hotel yesterday, my friends stay in these apartments alot, i didnt know waht to expect before we went after reading the other reviews but i take everything in my stride.

There were six of us staying in a 3 bedroom apartment, checkin was quick and painless and the girl at the desk was really helpful, however you only get one key but reception is open 24hours so if the group splits you can leave the key at reception for the first one home.

The apartment was clean, me n my friend had the smallest bedroom at the door but it didnt really bother us for all ur in it, had a agreat big balcony and off the third bedroom there was another terrace area aswel. Kitchen is basic but we never really used it.

Cleaners came everyday, we were always in our beds but they gave us fresh towels everyday they couldnt get in to clean as we were all passed out most of the time.

The only thing i think did annoy me was the smell in the bathroom was horrible first thing in the mornin like sewage, also we had to hold the shower head as it wouldnt stay on the hook, and there were only 2 mirrors...6 girls gettin ready at the same time....murder!!! oh and one of the lifts didnt work but its only 5 floors and there is a lift that does work..... but these are superficial when it probs would of cost you more to camp than it would to stay here for a week.

Location was great, family are in Figueretas so to walk there from this hotel was fantastic, also we walked to space nightclub, takes about 15mins from this hotel, we got the boat into ibiza town and a taxi back, but if your feeling adventorous you can walk it will take around 30 mins, atleast you know if you cant get that taxi when you come out of pacha you can attempt to walk it.

San antonio was the furthest we went, from playa den bossa your looking at a taxi costing about 30 euros one way, or you can get the disco bs for 3 euros this runs until about 6am i think.

The area around this hotel is quite local, spanish people living in apartments and thing, which means it is slightly cheaper to eat and drink, also you dont find many british here suits me.

Overall had a great time and dont see whay this hotel should be slated..we paid £10 per night!!!

Room Tip: ask for a late checkout room the day you need it.

Very very dirty!!!!!!I went there two times with friends but just because it was not me who organised the accomodation. The location is excellent ,cannot be better for me. For the night there was a security guy all the time as the whole apartment block was partying. Only for young not for families:)

Im not generally a moaner and to be honest I know exactly what to expect from the accommodation when I go away for a girls/clubbing holiday but this place was a joke!!! We booked early so money wasnt a major issue so we didnt get this place exactly cheap...however, they would have to pay me to stay here again! The rooms were dirty and very out-dated, wires hanging out of sockets and the bathroom was discusting. One day we returned from the beach (local beach is pretty ropey and dirty, its well worth a 30min walk up the road to Bora Bora) to find a hole in our bathroom ceiling gushing with water!! we reported this 4/5 times and no-one came to fix it.....no joke!! In addition they didnt have spare towels for us to clean up the mess!!! The location isnt great, its handy for the airport which was a 10euro ride away but taxis to clubs/westend were costing 25/30 euros a time. We were the only girls and also the only English people in the hotel, everyone else was Italian and male!! This may not seem a biggie for most people but it was a nightmare with men trying to get into our room at night and the hassle around the resort meaning we couldnt spend anytime by the pool! One night two of the girls in our group were grabbed by a bunch of these lads who tried to get them into their room luckily they shouted to us on the balcony and we went to help them. This was just our experience but I cant imagine that a group of English males would have made many friends either!! This place is an Italian resort so be aware of that! Dont spend your hard earned cash on this place you would be better off in a hotel closer to Bora Bora which tend to be nicer or San Antonio. Hopefully I can attach some pics, happy hols x

A handy complex for most things - supermarket around the corner which was well stocked and friendly, closed on Sunday so shop early; restaurants are all along the promenade (5 minute walk) and are fairly reasonable. There is also a pool bar/restaurant which seemed ok but we choose to head elsewhere.
Reception staff are a mixed bag with one being very good, helpful and eager to assist, while the others were uninterested and, despite our having fluent Spanish, unwilling to assist.
The apartments themselves are stuck in the 70's, it is a step back in time. Decor is tired as are the fittings. The light above the table is interesting as it is not actually connected and is just for decoration. Air con is really good and remote is supplied at no charge. Safe deposit box is in the apartment and weekly charge is €15.
Cleaning is terrible. The apartment was never cleaned for the duration of our stay, although the bins were emptied daily and the towels changed once. In fairness the bathroom would have been impossible to try to clean as it was mouldy, rusting fittings, a shower which jumped off the wall and in general need of replacement.
The apartments were mainly quiet by Ibiza standards but are frequented by Spaniards from the mainland who tend to stay a night or two and move on. A bit like San Antonio Spanish style. Security is fairly lax, and you get used to passers-by stopping in to use the pool, and at night the security is mainly there for noise control (when they feel like it).
Ultimately you get what you pay for in Ibiza and these apartments are fairly cheap - and with good reason.

the day before we flew to ibiza we had an urgent call saying out accomodation had to be changed to the mira mola but was assured by our travel operator that it had good reviews etc. arrived the next day and was extremely disappointed.
reception staff ok and spoke english.
Negatives - the room had obviously not been cleaned and had not been updated in about 40 years!! dust and a bad smell in the bathroom. rusty plug holes, broken tiles and broken window. fridge worked but was dirty and i had to actually go out and buy clenaing products it was so foul. couch looked like it had dragged through a hedge - covering was ripped and v poor quality. and the advertised satellite tv - what a joke. there was 2 spanish channels and that was it.
Positives - cheap price, bedroom had clean smelling sheets and the size of the apartment was ok. good size balcony and good sea view.
nice clean pool and bar had ok food and cheap drinks.
short walk to nice figueratas beach - 5 mins and about 15-20 mins walk in to playa den bossa beach and nightlife. pleasant walk along the beach front, so nice and quiet in the evenings. good supermarket v near and lots of souvenir shops etc nearby.
good for young singles, couples who dont mind about a high level of cleanliness.
overall actually a good holiday as didnt spend much time in apartment.
friends stayed in hotel jabeque which only slightly more expensive and a million times better!! stay there if you are going to playa!!!!

This was the first time we stayed on the east side of the island...and was a really great holiday. I remember the hotel being in quite a quiet spot on a back street. The beach is a couple of minutes away and is pleasant and quiet. Ibiza Town and Playa D'en Bossa are both in walking distance, but there are also some truly gorgeous restaurants just along the sea front in Figuretes itself. We paid quite alot for a last minute holiday, and so were a little disappointed on arrival. The rooms were very clean but very old fashioned and very basic. The rooms were clean however...we even had a spare room and the only niggle was that for the price we paid I did not really feel it was good value for money, but I blame the tour operator for this as they clearly ripped us off! All the same we had a fab holiday. The staff were great...one even was more than happy to offer me first aid when I tripped and cut myself quite badly at 6am!!!? We didn't really meet many people in the hotel, although there were alot of families, the sun does not fall over the pool area for very long as the hotel itself blocks it so we tended to spend our days elsewhere! All in all, a great base for what doing what Ibiza was intended for....partying!!
