My wife and i were looking for a cheap holiday in Ibiza without the crazy, mad, drunkards tearing through the hotel at all hours. We found the prefect place!
The Hotel was very cheap but very close to the airport (3 stops on the bus) the other reviewers are right in that there is no air con, but we were on the fifth floor which allowed us to keep the windows open all the time - and what a view! Some people call it a partial sea view, i say "turn your head a bit to your left!" i honestly think that if you want an uninterupted sea view, book another, more expensive hotel, but there was nothing wrong with our view.
We didnt choose the all inclusive package because we knew we would be coming back and leaving at odd, non-meal time hours. however, one morning we we up early enough to try the breakfast. Ibiza in general is a very expensive island. Neither my wife or i are big eaters but were spending a mionimum of 60 Euros a day on food. The breakfast buffet was 4.50 euros each and all you could eat! with unlimited juice and coffee, we only wish they still served breakfast at 1pm when we were generally looking for breakfast! Ok, its wasnt gourmet, but very good for an all you can eat... if you dont like the sausages, take an extra piece of bacon!
We we very nervous about staying anywhere as all reviews of cheap hotels mentioned the rooms had been broken into. We took this on board and paid for the room safe where we kept everything. The room was cleaned everyday and at a decent hour so we could sleep a little later. once, we left the room at 4pm and on our return they had still cleaned it for us. a few times, we had left money or the iPad out and on our return, it had been left neatly on the bedside table. We made sure we found our cleaner and left her a big tip when we left. We did not hear of anyone's room getting robbed or things going missing during our stay.
The hotel is ideally situated for the beach, 300 meters away from a quiet, family beach. Again, be careful as there are always bags being snatched, from tourists and locals. The hotel is a short walk to the Old town with plenty of bars and sights to see, and a great cathedral. well worth having a nose around. Also, for all the clubbers, the hotel is close top Pacha, Space, Bora Bora and Ushuaïa but also a short walk to the bus stop which will take you to San Antonio. (apart from the disco buses, you need to buy your tickets BEFORE you get on a bus so don't be left waiting for another one!)
The other great thing about this hotel was the rooftop pool! amazing views of Figueretas and and a quiet bar as well so you can always grab a drink. the pool was small, but was always warm, and clean. even thought there were only a few sun loungers, we never had a problem grabbing two. it could do wih some music though!
We would definately stay here again and would recommend this to anyone who woud rather spend their money going out and experienceing Ibiza then spending it all on the hotel.
the fifth floor was ideal as its far away enoyugh from the street to not be disturbed, but not to hi...

Our rooms are situated with fantastic views and the bar at the upper floor has a beautifull view over Ibiza and it´s beaches. Unfortunately we have some robberies taken place in Ibiza, but we try to do our best to keep them to a minimum. We will with pleasure welcome you to our hotel another time.
