a secret little beach, small but ideal. Great sea, and a lovely little beach hut serving very delicious food and lovely cold beer. Park your car at the top as it's very rocky road down. Get there early to get a good spot.

“nice please to go”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed August 31, 2013

I really enjoyed this place: not too crowded and small with a lovely and very good chiringuito. They prepare great mojitos.....!

“Shall I tell you a secret”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed July 18, 2013

On my recent trip to Ibiza we visited this beach twice, unfortunately on the first visit we couldn't snorkel or swim as the beach had been invaded by jelly fish. We walked from Portinatx which is about an hour walk which was fine for us but I wouldn't suggest families doing it as it is mostly road and then quite a windy track to the beach. Anyway, the staff were great and we had an excellent lunch here, very reasonably priced and some of the best food I had on the island, simple but delicious. The beach and its visitors kept us well amused for hours. If it wasn't the local fishermen trying to move a rock from the sea bed it was the many different nationalities taking turns to remove the jelly fish from the sea with buckets and nets provided by the cafe. quirky but a real talking point to get to know your very close neighbours on the small beach. On our last day we returned, the jelly fish were gone and the snorkelling was good. This place is likely to get busy, arrive late morning to grab a spot or a lounger. The abandoned hotel build could be seen as an eyesore to some but it all adds to the magic of this little cove, This was definitely a highlight of my week in Ibiza. Also there is a hideaway toilet available to use which was clean and well kept. I will remember my visits with fondness, well done to the staff for makoing this beach the highlight of my beach stay. The loungers and umbrellas were reasonably priced too, you will need these if you are staying for a day.

“super beach with a bar restaurant”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed May 26, 2013

busier thank you'd expect considering it is off the beaten track but a great beach. The large rocky cliff behind the beach means that those who don't want full sun can shade, and those that do can. Great for relaxing and swimming and the half built, abandoned hotel gives it a great atmosphere

“Worth the cab fare”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed October 10, 2012

Tiny secluded beach. There is a little shack/bar here, it has no electricity or even phone service. You go back up to where there is asphalt, and call cab from there, it wont take long, less than half hour for cab to arrive.
