We have just returned from a week at this apartment complex, me having won the holiday last year when in Lanzarote.
It wasn't our first choice, but we were happy all the same. The location is good, just a 25 minute drive from the airport, with beautiful views over the poolside and the sea for every room. We were made very welcome with a glass of champagne while checking in - a lovely touch considering we were self-catering (although I'm not daft, there were looking to sell).
We had an unfurbished one bedroomed apartment, and whilst some parts looked maybe a little tired, it was spotlessly clean and the kitchen was very well stocked with everything you could need. Bearing in mind, we eat out of an evening, we would have had everything at hand had we have cooked a dinner.
The bathrooms was spacious and, again, whilst tired looking with chipped tiles and cheap looking furniture, it was spotlessly clean with plenty of towels.
Twin beds ... not for us ... but I don't think you get the choice. After a slight re-arrangement of the bedroom we were ok with it. Nice patio doors in the bedroom which were nice left open during the day and, no doubt, in high season, would be welcomed in the night.
The living area offered a dining table, a large dresser, sofa, TV and more patio doors.
The maid service was excellent and she came in every day, except for Sundays understandably, and she did a thorough job and one giveaway of that was that I noticed my perfumes had been re-arranged! Meaning, she must have had them all off to dust the dresser! (Only women would notice when perfume has been moved!)
The pool area was comfortable and uncrowded. If I were to find one criticism, it would be that there were too many English staff. When we go away, we go to get away in every sence of the word and when in Rome, and all that ... so that was a little disappointing, but I appreciate this is a time share complex and the Brits go back year after year. We had to sit through a presentation, despite it being made clear that we would not be buying into the place as that format is not our cup of tea.
All in all, a great place (despite 3 1/4 hours being taken out of my sunshine day with the presentation!), lovely staff, and plenty to do, including lovely eateries and day time park type activities to enjoy.
