Good sea food, no doubt. Value for money prices. But thats where its end.
Very disorganised and poor service. Cant believe how this restuarant survives. At 10.20, the server ( not the one who took orders) comes to the table and informs us that we order fast and restaurant last order is at 10.45. We inform him that there is still 20 min left and he gives the most ridiculous answer, that according to the watch at the reception, it is nearing 10.45, The bill arrives and we have been wrongly billed for large peg of drink, though we ordered small. Amount was not big and we could have ignored, but the answered really irritated. We have got 60 and you need to pay for 60 ml though you may have ordered for 30 ml. Again, had to refuse to budge and got the bill altered. At 11 we present the card to pay the bill, and he says, sorry counter closed. We can now only accept cash. Directs us to go to the nearest ATM to withdraw cash. The person on counter refuses to help saying that he has already closed the card machine. After a lot of screaming, some one come out , offers an apology because i am with family, and completes the billing with card. Also, sees sense when the clock on the reception is showing 11.25, while his and mine watches showed 11.05. However, he is not really able to understand why i should get irritated and not stay calm after all that experience. May be need to practise yoga and give up sea food. :)
My first review of any place with such negativity. Avoid this, unless you feel this is the only place left to have seafood.
I hope the owner reads this and gets in touch and is able to understand how his staff is behaving.
