Went there with group of 20 ppl from my office. I think none of the staff there were trained. They lacked the basic hospitality. They did not seemed to have any system in case of some emergency (like if someone needs medical help or so, they did not have speed boat kind of thing to take you back to city).
We also went for a banana ride from the private beach there and their boat malfunctioned. Okay, we can tolerate that but another boat came to us only after 1 hour (we were somewhere a km away from the shore in the sea floating in that banana ride for that much amount of time and that too around 6 pm to 7 pm). So their emergency response system was really bad.
Food also was not very good for vegetarians.
Good thing was the island itself. It was peaceful place to spend some time at.
