Es ist immer wieder schön das unzählige zufriedene Gäste unser Hotel und Biergarten besuchen doch leider passieren unserem Personal auch einmal Fehler, pardon dafür!
Die meisten gehen mit einem zufriedenen Lächeln und kommen gerne wieder schreiben aber leide keine Bewertungen.
Leider jedoch sind die Gäste, bei denen es mal nicht so war wie es sein sollte (nochmals sorry dafür) häufig mit flinker Feder im Internet und schreiben negative Bewertungen.

Übrigens kann der Chef nicht abkassiert haben....er ist nie im Service und kassiert auch nicht..
Bitte schön bei der Wahrheit bleiben und nichts falsches schreiben.
