We stayed at Castel Provence for three nights in July. It was by far the best B&B we've every stayed at--in Europe and the USA. Josette and Jean-Pierre were so friendly and accomodating. We felt like we were part of the family. Breakfasts are served in their kitchen and shared with them and other guests staying there. The breakfasts are out of this world with fresh baked goods, homemade jams and jellies, fruit, yogurt, tea and coffee. Nobody left hungry. Josette is as sweet as the marmelade she makes and thought of EVERY single detail in our room. We stayed in the "Garden room " complete with kitchenette. Jean-Pierre knows everything about the area's history and will be more than happy to share it with you. We would go stay there in a heartbeat.
