Description: We are a small friendly cafe and tea room set in a well known family-run garden centre. We are situated on the main A38 between Wellington and Taunton and just 5 minutes from Junction 26 of the M5. We have a wide and varied menu and chefs daily specials. We are known for our 'All-day breakast', lunches and cream-teas. During the Summer you can enjoy the fresh air and somerset-made ice-cream in our lovely tea garden which has great views of the Blackdown Hills.

“Look past the Garden Centre”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed October 7, 2013

See the garden centre and look further and you will find this oasis of a restaurant. All home made food and cakes and all day breakfast. The staff are very friendly and helpful and the food and drinks are all served piping hot.If its just coffee or if its for a full meal it really worth going here.
Overlooks the garden and outside seating area with chickens and maybe a pig around.

“Just so friendly!”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed September 10, 2013

Visited a couple of times and very impressed with the customer service! Always busy which is a great sign! The garden centre itself is lovely, overlooking the Blackdown hills in the distance and beautifully laid out plants, all in excellent condition. All my friends lunches looked lovely and fresh with lovely chips. My only gripe was that as a huge scone lover (!) I was disappointed that on both occasions my scone was 'warmed up' as opposed to straight from the oven. Everything else was so good that I will return, the staff being so very friendly :) Ooh and great for children because of the pigs and chickens to look at!

“Recommended for breakfast”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed June 4, 2013

Good value and service from a friendly staff. The windows look over the nursery and bird feeders - so conversation flowed.
