This pub has just re-opened in the past week (July 2014). The new owners have done a great job and aim to serve good food in a great location.
We had a light lunch and observed the more substantial dishes as they passed by. They make their own bread which was delicious.
The seafood chowder was nice but needs more fish. Early days and we'll be back soon to see how this welcome new pub and hotel works out. Best of luck to them.
