I couldn't believe how good this place was, even after reading all the reviews before we left. It always seemed a little "too good to be true" but it most certainly wasn't. At every turn we were looked after, whether it was food, drink, making sure our room was amazing, cart service to and from the lobby for check in/out, etc. The grounds were immaculate - great options for pools and hot tubs, easy access to the beach, good quality gym equipment, restaurants always clean and open. Since we stayed here we got access to the other resorts connected to it and we were treated equally well there too.
The buffets and restaurant a la carte menus were amazingly good. You don't expect to be able to have lobster and steak every day for lunch and have the steak melt in your mouth and the lobster taste great. You don't expect to be able to have a poached egg for breakfast every day and have the white perfectly cooked while the yolk was gorgeously gooey. And yet both were true - and that's the buffet where I expect the quality to be slightly down.
Room service was great, concierge in every building was great, the décor was great.
If there was one thing I would say I'd appreciate having slightly better it would be the wifi in the lobby. I don't mind having no internet in my room - it was great to switch off technology. But it would be great to have internet in the lobby that was fast enough that we could research outings and post up photos of our experiences. The smallest of small nitpicks.
Fantastic experience and definitely did not want to leave.

Your suggestions have been duly noted and we would like to add that this year we have a project to improve internet service and include wifi in the rooms.
