Found this lovely place while we where searching the internet. Brian picked us up at the harbour in his great limo. We enjoyed all about Agistri Club, great hospitality, superb cooking, and the best barman ever GEORGE !!!!

If you like to get away from city and all your daily worries, you better book your holiday and go to Agistri club located in Agistri Island (not so far away from Athens) and enjoy being part of this lovely club.
I've been there for the first time in September 2002, but since then I was counting days to go back there and as soon as I arrived this September to the same place, I had a feeling to be back home. Very well received by wonderful manager Bryan Robinson and his lovely wife Henrriete, and of-course dear George at the bar, who's always smiling and the rest of the FAMILY.
Sitting every evening in the terrace there and look at the moon rise, is something you can not find everywhere. After two minutes walk , you can swim in one of the best spots of the island and...so, what else do you need?

My husband and I had a chance of a summer holiday with our 2 year old daughter. We were both typically overstressed Londoners in desperate need of some R&R. Some friends told us (reluctantly!) about Agistri and the Agistri Club. They had been going for 10 years. So we booked tickets for August - "oh it will be too hot in August" said others… but off we went. What can I say! Quite simply we had the best holiday we have ever had, we would gladly have stayed there for a month - it was everything you could expect a Greek island to be. 8 nights of pure relaxation, sun, sea, good food and good company. And despite the temperature topping 40 degrees - we loved every minute and so did our fair skinned wee one. We even hired cycles to get around the island (or at least from beach to pool!) and none of us came near to collapsing in the heat or even getting sunburnt - it was a welcome respite from the UK's grey summer in fact! If we needed shade we always found it and reappyling factor 40 every few hours meant our daughter didn't burn at all (in fact we all got a healthy looking tan!). Bryan and Henriette are extremely friendly and welcoming, the hotel room was air conditioned and very comfortable, the setting (eating breakfast & dinner looking out over the Med!) was breathtaking. We found it perfect with the little-ie, she had the time of her life. The only mistake we made (in retrospect) was taking a late flight and staying overnight in Athens before catching the first ferry - next time we will definitely take an early flight and arrive in Agistri the same day - we won't want to waste a minute! Overall, the perfect relaxing break and, yes you can do it with young children. We hope this is only the first of many trips back.

I found Agistri Club on Internet and booked 3 nights then I stayed 2 weeks.
The purpose with my vacation was to eat, sleep, read and stay in the sun.
Agistri Club have FANTASTIC food. The room and bed let me sleep 10 hours per night(which is not mandatory because they also had nice nightlife). In July the sun was there for sure. It was during the heatwave which was an experience for me.
I met a lot of nice people both the other guests and the staff.
This time I did`nt see so much of the Island but I will do that next time. Positive for me was that there was no charter going to the Island which made the Island more genuine. The owners of Agistri Club made me feel as I was a family member at the same time as I got privacy.
This is a place that if you go there once you will continue to go there again and again.
I can mention that in my job I stay 3 night per week at hotels and i am not a fan of hotels.
