Back from 9 days at Sofia Village, in Mykonos! I generally do not fancy much hotels with swimming pool if I have to go to the seaside, but guys this rules! Thanks to Ghiorgos, who not just made great coffees, in the morning ( and teas!!) or drinks for the afternoon mood, with a good soundtrack he chooses for you!
The breakfast is available for 5 euro, not included in the room price, with bread, jam, butter, etc.
Both Sofia and Ghiorgos were always ready to help!
The rooms are all simple, but well furnished - if u don't fancy luxury places!- and always clean. The landlady, Kiria Sofia- if u are familiar with bit of Greek!- is more than lovely and makes u feel welcome the bestest way ever. She gets to greet all the guests everyday, and also bring sweets she makes her own, for the people at the hotel,:no matter if young, old, straight, gay ,everybody is welcome there!
Air conditioning is provided.
Chance of having bike/car rentals owers who come to you directly at the hotel, with the car/bike u asked for and also a laundry service is provided (for 10euro/1 sack).
The rooms are with ensuite bathroom (shower with fabric tent,wc,sink) and u can choose those with the kitchenette to cook your meal.
Prices are reasonably good, for being right close to the Chora -center of the town- and to go to the beaches ( by car/bikes).
