“it's a Gem, don't bother looking for a hotel, just go there!!!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed September 10, 2010

Spent 4 magical days in this great boutique hotel in August . Everything was in order. Clean, fresh, contemporary but classy, minimal and super comfortable. We stayed in a deluxe suite with a jacuzzi bath at the veranda overlooking the sunset with the most comfortable bed ever slept in. The staff is more than accommodating friendly and attentive going out of their way to assist.
The proximity of this place to mykonos town center is impeccable. You don't have to take any car especially in the evening that every road around the town is jammed.
Bill and Coo is not only a Small Luxury Hotel but a "don't miss it" luxurious part of the Mykonos Experience.
P.S. the swimming pool is better in reality than in the photos.

Loved bill and coo's...great room with a great view. Very clean and modern and we were not left without wanting (especially towels...seemed like we were getting towels delivered throughout the day)...NOW, I want to make clear that all the positives previously written were well earned, but this site is also a site for management to review as well, so here are some negatives that management can work on: location is really not that far from town (15 minutes) but it is on a narrow road without sidewalks, and while the hotel cannot do much about that, perhaps they could do a better job of explaining why they were giving you a complimentary cell phone (we did not understand that we could have used this to ask the front desk to find us a cab at the wee hours of the morning when we needed arise back to the hotel). Also, as you are paying alot for a drink, I would expect that the bartender would understand that a martini does not get served in a tumbler full of ice. For the gay traveller: July and august are months when families visit the island, so don't be surprised to find the hotel full of children and girls!! Would stay there again absolutely!

I have stayed at some of the finest hotels in the world and Bill & Coo has to be the best yet. From the moment our driver Savros picked us up at the airport, we knew we were on the most wonderful adventure. On arrival, guests are escorted to the lounge area for check in and once seated with a Kir Royale and the gorgeous view beyond the pool, your vacation in paradise begins. The staff was incredible, Anastasia is the best! By the end of the first afternoon, they all knew our likes and dislikes, and they took care of us as if we were the only guests in the hotel. Incredibly, as part of the service, the hotel provides each guest with a cell phone from which you can dial the hotel at any time, day or night, from anywhere on the island, and they will arrange for your transport to the hotel. Since there are only 30 cabs on the island, this service was truly appreciated after a late dinner in Mykonos Town, or on one of the beautiful beaches, and no cab in sight. I can only hope that this was not a once in a lifetime experience and that I can go back again next year.

Dilemma in Mykonos is weather to stay close to town or by one of the more famous beaches. Bill & Coo is walking distance to town and all that goes on there, but situated so that you feel completely private, has fantastic views and when you rent a bike or car to go to the beaches (if you don't mind the small beach just below) on the island it is easily accessible with parking. Hotel only has about 25 rooms, so the service you get will be personal and the staff knows your likes and dislikes after the first day. We had absolutely NO issues during the whole stay, and the staff is extremely helpful arranging anything you need, quickly! These guys have cracked the code about coming up with something unexpected just at the right time, its wonderful!

The bar is just great, some of the best drinks I have ever had, and the restaurant was truly exquisite! (we understood that the Chef that's always there is part owner of the Hotel). We only had Greek wine the whole stay in Mykonos, mostly white, and they where all very very good.

With Mykonos, challenge is getting what you (have) to pay for, but here we did! All in all, great stay and great people both as guests and staff.

I agree about the car wreck on the outside, by the road, but hey - its Greece just adding that extra flavour! :)

We had a brilliant time renting a villa in Mykonos for the first week of our stay. Such a great time in fact I was very reluctant to leave and check in at Bill and Coo's. I must say the dusty little road and the trashed car outside their entrance isn't the best introduction but once you enter the gates its all 5 star service. Everyone was so warm and friendly and wanting to please - my family had a great time on all levels. When we were there they had just won Conde Nast Travellers award for best Greek hotel -and I could see why. We loved our stay and are coming back next year.

This was a very special trip for me as i was proposing to my girlfriend , so i did alot of research, and Bill & Coo did not disappoint. I have read some of the slightly negative 'service' reviews on here and this is my take on it. Read the reviews, decide what type of hotel and environment you want !!!! this is a boutique hotel , with a trendy funky vibe and a fantastic ambience. Its not a hotel with every amenity that larger hotels have hence the boutique description with 24 rooms, this hotel is owned by a greek entrepreneur who lives over the hill from the hotel with his family, he is often at the bar buying drinks and talking to customers about their experience, . the Service is subtle, sharp and special when ever you require it and thats the difference, if you want a hotel that follows your every move kissing your feet , treating you like spoilt gods , then this is not the place for you, im not saying they dont treat you amazingly, its just not the uncomfortable , false , in your face service you find in some of the larger chain 5 stars. Sooo room choice, most have sea view granted, classic rooms have small balcony, deluxe have jacuzzi & bigger balcony, 2 suites have small pools. Room 214 is the room to go for, Its a deluxe suite with a Spa bath on its balcony, but because its the end room, its has twice the size of balcony of the others with the spa bath round the side in a totally private position overlooking the sea, we spent every night in the spa bath before going out, drinking champagne , watchin the sun go down, its just amazing, see our photo's, the spa bath in room 214 is different to the other deluxe suite jacuzzi's, its the ferrari v fiat, bigger & faster with every possible air massage you can think of and its 36 degree's ahhhh bliss. The breakfast is just brilliant, they even ask you how long you want you eggs to be boiled for !!! The chef as previously mentioned is a magician, this is defo michelin star food, he goes to market every day to buy fresh food for a special dish each night ! We got engaged on the 2nd night (in the Spa bath) all the hotel staff congratulated us and delivered free champagne to the room the next day. Town is a 10 min walk away, yes there is no footpath but you just need to be aware and stick to the side, if your going to get hammered in town then get a taxi back. Nico's taverna on the beach below the hotel is a low cost good food alternative to the hotel or town, but saying that there are plenty of sit in kebab places in town if you want a night with a quick cheap quality food stop instead of the expensive fancy restaurant option, when in town i would tend to stay away from the restaurants on the front that cater for the cruise ships, high prices & variable quality food and walk the amazing back streets for the little gems that are plentiful. The rooms are simple clean lines with modern decor, there are some negative comments about the rooms, but again i go back to my point, think about what you want, if you want plush chateau style rooms with every gadget , then they arent here, but if you like the modern type room, you will like them, but hey you only sleep in it ......... Its about the balcony, view, sunset, privacy, food, ambience, service, quality of the pool eating area ......... and that was perfect for us ........ if you have any questions or doubts or want a particular room or food or service then email Kleos before you book ....... The Mgmt will sort all your needs. Rachael & Alan thank Bill & Coo for making our holiday and engagement really special. We are now contemplating hiring the whole place for our wedding May 2012 !!!!!
