“Great service, tasty Italian food”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed September 23, 2013

Wonderful friendly service, decent wine, and generous helpings of really good Italian food. Recommended if you want a break from Greek cuisine in Mykonos town.
We got free limoncello and pannacotta after dinner which was a nice touch too.
Reasonably priced - a shared starter, two main courses with a good Cianti wine was EUR 65.
We were sat at the front which was a bit too breezy for comfort so late in the season, and the nearby road was busy with scooters and quad bikes, so not a completely perfect visit, but pretty close.

“Good value food in Mykonos”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed September 19, 2013

Stumbled across this place and promised the resto tout that we would come one night, as we were searching for Fried Calamari that night and they don't sell it. It is an Italian restaurant, and my husband pronounced their Spaghette Frutte di Mare (sorry for spelling) the best he has ever had. Our friend loved his lamb and I enjoyed my Pizza with Mykonos Sausage. Staff were maybe lacking a bit of refinement but since I wasn't expecting Michelin star service I wasn't disappointed. Nice location outdoors.

“Excellent place to dine in Mykonos”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed September 17, 2013

My new wife and I dined at D'Angelo's during our honeymoon in Mykonos. While we had dined at mostly Greek and Mediterranean restaurants all throughout our trip we decided to try D'Angelo's after seeing such positive reviews on TA. We were more than impressed with the entire experience.
We started with a ½ carafe of the house white and it was extremely good not to mention very reasonable in price. For an appetizer we had the bruschetta mix and that was definitely one of the highlights of the meal. The actual tomato mix was exceptionally fresh and tasty and the other combinations with melted cheese and pancetta were just perfect. For dinner we had the chicken and mushroom pasta and the ravioli in a white sauce with dill. I have to say I was extremely impressed with the chicken and mushroom which was recommended by our server. The pasta was cooked perfectly keeping a very nice al dente approach. The ravioli was very similarly tasty and the dill flavoring was something unique and added to the flavor.
Also, during our dining experience we actually had the chance to meet D’Angelo the owner. Being able to talk with him about his experience and restaurant really made the meal. You can really see how he cares for his customers and providing them with an excellent dining experience. It was truly amazing to hear how this was his first venture in the restaurant business with such amazing success. Please take the time to visit this place you will not be sorry you did.

“Perfect place for a casual italian meal”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed September 15, 2013 via mobile

We had a bottle of water, a glass of rose and a half liter of their red. Both were very good for house wines and they even chill their red wine (thank goodness). We then had a salad and the spaghetti di mari. The salad bordered on excellent and the pasta was very good. I would hands down recommend this place for dinner. The prices, for Mykonos, were fair (40.5 euros), the service good, and the setting good enough. Yes, there is a busy pathway 15 - 20 feet in front that has some cars, scooters, and walking traffic but there are tables further in if this bothers you. Our hotel gave it a thumbs up and we agree.
