From the moment the waiter helped my wife up the fairly steep steps in the restaurant we knew that we were in for a good time. The waiting staff were extremely friendly yet still very professional. The menu selections were sufficient( yet not too many) to please any discerning palate. The prices charged for the quality of the food and wine I thought was very reasonable. The owner/chef's cute baby son was in the restaurant and after the little boy went outside the owner came up to us to apologise for any inconvenience caused. There was no inconvenience but the fact that on an extremely busy evening he took the trouble to talk to us for 5 minutes or more was most appreciated. The restaurant was very busy and had to turn away people who had not booked. It had a mixture of local people and tourists all obviously having a great time. Wish we lived a lot nearer as it would become our number one favourite place. Vet well done
