“Wonderful place!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed April 28, 2013

We choose this hotel for our honeymoon trip because many positive reviews.
It's a beautiful place in the south of the city, quiet and peaceful. From the port and center of the town, it's about 5 minutes by car or 20 minute by foot; ideal to walk at night on the typical narrow streets of Mykonos. It has a parking zone close to it so you don't have to worry if you rent a car. There's a small beach just a few meters too.
The building itself it's the typical greek style, with a mix of classic and modern style; it creates a sensation of a warm place. Of course the walls, floors, painting, every part of it in perfect condition. We booked the honeymoon deluxe room: spacious, with 2 small balconys to see the sea and town, a very comfortable bed, great bathroom, sofa, TV, etc. The service room and the breakfast was very good, as we expected.
The staff gave us a warm reception, helped us with everything, and we had some chat times because they are very friendly and open; they also will help you if you ask where to eat or what to do on the island. Take for sure they'll will do everything to have the best experience there.
Even more: after the check-out, we left our bags there to do the Delos tour but we lost the first boat to return from the island; the next one was scheduled to arrive at Mykonos port at the same time we had to take the ferry to Paros, so Mr. Panos kindly carried our bags to the port just in time. Thank your very much for helping us!!!!

In sum, a perfect choice to stay in Mykonos.

From the moment that they picked us up at the airport to the moment that they dropped us off at the port the staff worked very hard to make our stay enjoyable. The location is good, just on the edge of town, so fairly quiet. The rooms are very comfortable and clean, and the breakfast good.

This was my first time visiting both Greece and Mykonos and I am so glad that I stayed at the Adonis Hotel. Everything about the stay was simply perfect. My friend and I called to arrange pick up from the port and one of the hotel employees met us with a sign and gave us a nice little guided tour on the way back to the hotel explaining the island and the town. The hotel itself is very Mykonos, all white with airy spaces, big windows and the staff couldn't have been friendlier and nicer. They were very helpful on where to go and what to do, answering all of our questions and making our stay so easy and comfortable. I definitely plan on returning to Mykonos one day and I would stay here in a heartbeat. The rooms were perfect, very beach like with nice colors and comfortable beds and a huge bathroom too. I would recommend anyone visiting the island to stay here, you will not regret it.

Excellent location and Staff. Neat and clean hotel with good facilities. Breakfast provided, though could be better. The spread was limited. Guidance for travel within Mykonos was provided immediately with detailed plan of places to visit and to dine in.

Room Tip: All rooms are spacious, but sea facing are of course the best.

For our Greece vacation we chose to stay at the Adonis and we were not dissapointed , All the staff were very courteous and helpful in particular Mr Vaselis and Mr Panos. We had a relaxed itinerary in Mykonos which allowed us to have some wonderful conversations with the Hotel Staff who treated us like family . Hotel is recommended both for the high quality of service and for being in a quiet liitle part just off the main town. The room we stayed in had a view of the Sea and the Windmills. Rooms were clean and well maintained.

Room Tip: The suites are a good option as they are spacious. Wind Mill facing rooms ( Our room number 400) is...

Lovely hotel, very centrally located. My daughter and I had a wonderful stay at Adonis hotel in September 2012. The hotel is made villa style, taking full advantage of the uneven terrain and its wonderful surroundings and has rooms at different levels, each offering a different view. Our room was on the second floor facing the town and we could see the windmills as well. The hotel doesn't have a lift but the stairs were not too bad and we had help with the bags. The room was bright , good size and very clean. Good bathrooms as well.
We enjoyed the simple but really nice breakfast of Greek salad, Greek yoghurt(yum!!), homemade marmalade, fresh fruits and a selection of bread. Breakfast is served on the ground floor in the semi covered patio (because of the wind) with a beautiful view of the sea. The rooms on this side have this brilliant view as well.

The location is perfect, in the center of town, less than 5 mts walk to the main bus stop (every 15mts to the different beaches), bike rentals, restaurants and little Venice. The owners ,reception and other staff were very friendly and helpful. We were picked up from the ferry and dropped to the airport at no extra cost. Our stay was just perfect, couldn't have asked more from this wonderful island.

Room Tip: Mykonos is very windy and although the rooms have a balcony, the winds can be really strong from cer...

Loved the hotel; had a very spacious room with a windmills view. The location was perfect...just a 2 minute walk to the windmills and 5 to little Venice ... Staff were really friendly and helpful; helped us organise taxis and also gave us a free ride back to the port. Continental breakfast was good too... amazing greek yoghurt.Totally recommend it!
