“Great location and excellent staff”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed September 3, 2013 via mobile

Perfect location; staff went out of their way to be helpful and were very knowledgeable about Mykonos; great pool area and rooms were decent for European standards. Travelled with group of friends third to fourth week of August.

First of all, great location, very close to Mykonos town. The hotel is very clean! Well, that is all for the good part! Now the problems we had: they cancelled our reservation giving us 8 hrs to change the credit card number. We answered the email 23 minutes after that ridiculous period and our room had already been cancelled and reserved for other persons. Problem solved (not the best solution), they give you a 1hr wifi access and tell you to buy wifi cards if internet is necessary! So, no internet at the hotel!! Getting in the room, HOT!!! Very hot!! the air conditioner did not work (thats for room 207 and 209). During night period, there is no one to fix it! during the day period they say they have to find someone to do the work, as they have no maintenance team! After 13.30 pm, they couldn't find a person, because it was late!! (late???). After a tough conversation, they decided to find someone! The problem was solved for 2 nights, and then: no air conditioner again! Other then that, the biggest problem of the hotel are the two pretentious ladies at the front desk! Sooooo pretencious, in fact I may say arrogant.... The manager does her job, in fact, very polite! The breakfast is just ok! the furniture is very simple. No double beds! they put two singles together. Bathrooms need a urgent update! conclusion: very expensive! DON'T go there!

We just loved this hotel , the location was fantastic on the 1st road out of the town looking directly onto the windmills , sensational pool area ,lovely room . The staff could not do enough for us , informative, helpful and so friendly , home away from home

Room Tip: The rooms downstairs on the pool were the best for us because we loved using the pool every morning...

Travelling during the summer months, the location of the hotel is perfect. Anything you need there at your feet. However disappointed with the staff. Not helpful when needing transfers and very in welcoming. Due to this I will never return or recommend it to anyone. Not happy what so ever for what myself and travelling partner paid.

Great location with parking. Very clean with polite service. We had a welcome cocktail drink & our room was lovely (loved the texture of the floor by the way). We had some issues with the shower as the water was not always hot but overall we were satisfied despite of it being a bit pricey.

I booked one night as I was only stopping off on Mykonos on my way elsewhere .

I was willing to pay 120€ for peace and quiet and a sea view.

I got a sea view and a view of the dirt car park but no peace noisy disco somewhere nearby had to our ac on to hide noise

Haven't been back to Mykonos for over 15 years - knew it would be bad but not this bad - no value for money. Plus the paid wifi in room didn't work
