“Lost it old Charm - Not your first option”
2 of 5 stars Reviewed August 8, 2013

This hotel used to be one of the prestigious ones in Nagpur but it seems the management seems to be stuck in that era, while the world has moved on.
Was upgraded a couple of years back with more modern electronics but it needs a complete new revamp. While the rooms are quite big compared to other hotels but rest leaves a lot to be desired. Linin, Beds, Bath room fittings.....not up to mark.
Service quality varies from time to time, sometimes it has been a great experience while sometimes even pathetic is let down.
Breakfast is reasonable, fresh while same is not the case for Dinner buffet.

Overall poor experience as you can get much better services & options in the city at the same cost.

Room Tip: Choose the room at the back side if you decide or are forced to stay here, the front rooms overlook...

I stayed at Hotel Tuli International during mid July, this year. I had a great expectation while it had been booked. owing to response from room service I am construed to rat as a class hotel. Thrice I had to ring to room service to get attended. Most of electrical wirings are just coming out and hanging from gadgets. Same bedsheets were used for days but room service came to clean the room regularly. reception is good and responding. Saturday and Sunday was just horrible with loud noise coming out of party rooms and banquets at 1st and ground floor. Complementary breakfast was quite good. Food is extraordinarily costly and not value for money. laundry is also equally costly. None of the rooms have balconies, as I have seen. Sleep quality is not all good as construction work is going on and every night loading and unloading of heavy equipments takes place during night.

Room Tip: Ask for rooms at 4th floor.

This is an old hotel in Nagpur and offers good vfm. There are a wide range of restaurants and facilities. The rooms are comfortable (though many need airing). The staff is courteous especially in the restaurants. The food - Frontier restaurant - is really something. Even if you're not staying here, you've gotta visit this place. Their much touted dal frontier is worth every penny.

Western style hotel aimed at the business traveller I think!
Nice big clean rooms with a lovely restaurant serving foods from around the world, when I was there they had a female singer singing in the restaurant!

We stayed for 2 nights. Room have terrible noise insulation. A party going in their banquet room and very loud blaring music on from 9:30pm all the way till 11:22pm and still going on... Despite several complaints. Windows in our room # 217 are vibrating. The guest services first said he music will stop at 10:30pm, then changed it to 11pm and then promised 11:30pm. Unable to sleep!!! Have an early morning flight to catch !!!

It's all round a fantastic hotel. Staff are courteous rooms are fantastic the Coffee shop is excellent and I would recommend the Buffet dinner (I never made the Breakfast buffet because of the time zone) The Upper Crust lounge is very good too. And the swimming pool gym facilities are excellent. The Spa is not cheap especially for massages but very professional.
