golf course it self was good, especially one of the hole's view was very good. However reception desk was just ridiculous and un-professional include the supervisor. When I booked my trip with hot wire, this "golfpass" was for sale and I purchased 4 of them. It shows this cinnamon golf course and shows 20% off on price. So I booked this course and went to play golf. When I go there to pay I showed this book and the receptionist don't even know how to accept this book and how to apply to discount. she called so call supervisor, and the Supervisor told her can't do it because it is Christmas time and then she told me unless I go back and come back after 2 hours and then she will discount not even 10% of the rate. The "golfpass" clearly shows with picture, location and there wasn't any restriction of any kind nor ant occasion. And also the book says a bottle of water was included as well but they ask for almost 2 dollars. I made a tee time reservation and they told me 2 hours later to play when I already there for tee time? also the book clearly shows it's 20% off and they do not care what the coupon they agreed and not honouring the word they promised to public?? This is not how they make money. May be the money they have to make is important but there is something more important things that they forgot. YOU HAVE TO KEEP YOUR PROMISE TO CUSTOMERS SPECIALLY SOMETHING YOU AGREED TO IN PUBLIC!!!!

We are appreciative of your comments dated Jan 26/2014. We need to hear when we are doing well, and when we fall down. I apologize for the experience you encountered. I can feel through your words how disappointmented and disheartened you were on this day. You're golfing in Jamaica - it's unmatched, it should have been a wonderful day. Creating an experience beyond a game of golf and engaging with our guest's is something Jamaica and Cinnamon Hill are known for - we try to build on that each and every day. I am very sorry we failed your expectations. We realize you purchased your Vouchers. We would like it known that we currently do not have an Internet based Wholesale Voucher program for golf. We do have Vouchers with participating Hotels near by, and through our Tee Time provider, EZ Links. We are nearly ready to enter into an Agreement with GolfSwitch. This endeavour will be our first "on-line" Voucher program, and will be available on websites Expedia, Travelocity, etc.
I can't say if you will ever return. I hope so. We'd love a second chance. We can get it right, and when we do, it's precious. It will make you want to live longer.
