My wife and I visited the resort for 3 nights. We arrived at around 1 pm. The check in time was given as 2 pm. We had asked repeatedly for a river facing room on 1st floor from at least 2 weeks before reaching there. We were told we would be provided the same if available when we reach the resort. On reaching, we were told that we would need to wait up to 2 pm for making the river facing room available. At 2 pm when we reached reception again no one there had a clue about the room and we were told to wait again. After some time we were told that there was a maintenance issue with that room and would be provided with an alternate room that had partial river view.
As we were exhausted from the journey we settled with the same. However a person at the reception who accompanied us to the room told us that the river view room would take 3 hours as it had a AC problem. We asked and agreed to vacating this room for the river view room after 3 hours. However, soon after, the reception called us & informed that if we wanted that room we would need to vacate this room immediately and wait till such time the river facing room was ready, as guests were about to arrive and could not be made to wait.
We were not ready to wait as we were feeling very tired and ultimately settled for the room initially allotted.
