Read reviews on this rest. and went there last week. 1st impression...awesome, beautiful place, lovely decor, tables under the tree, candles, huge vase on the sides, a water 'well' covered and plants placed on top with few throw cushions, a private romantic corner decked in red, stars hanging from one tree to the other......wonderful ambiance. then came the menu card..very disappointed. very less choice, mostly western cuisine, hardly any veg item. however decided to try something new and ordered the bacon and lentil salad and a carrot and coriander soup. The salad quantity was very less, there was hardly any bacon, all we saw was raw red lentil. had to dig for tiny pieces of bacon. the soup was ok, nothing extraordinary. when asked abt the salad, we were told that only lil bacon is used in the salad. and the prices were exorbitant..we paid around 700 for these 2 dishes. the place is worth a visit if you dont plan to eat there. enjoy the ambiance with few beers:-)
