We stayed here 2 weeks ago All Inclusive for 10 days , where do I start !!!!, the good bits .. the apartment itself was lovely , spacious and clean but no air con !! 20 Euro for a fan, the staff were friendly especially maguil , he was very attentive and always had a smile for us.!!!! the BAD bits !!! the food was just horrendous , we had no idea what the food was unless we asked one of the chefs who popped into the tiny buffet area to replenish the half eaten dishes, being a veggie I struggled to get a decent meal so we spent 8 out of the 10 nights eating out , Breakfast was the only meal that we would eat as you cant disguise bacon, eggs and beans, as for the snacks well its all leftover from the breakfast, wifi is 20 Euro for 7 days, but its a bit hit and miss depending on where you are, by the pool is where it seemed to work better, my money was refunded when I complained. the sunbeds are so uncomfortable and if I was anywhere near a skip I would have thrown the lot of them in it. there is no entertainment what so ever, some days they played music in the afternoon by the pool!! there is only one bar which is situated by the pool and no comfy seating except by reception which is on another level, ( strange layout ). some young girl had her apartment broken into and every item she had was stolen !!, if Chinese is a favourite food then go visit the Mongolian Restaurant , the food is amazing and the Manager Daniel and his wife Jue are really lovely , and very very good value for money, sadly we will not be returning to Oasis Mango in the future but a holiday back to Tenerife is a must,

Just returned from 1 week stay ending 26/06/14.2 adults 2 teenagers.
Booked this in advance prior to complex becoming All Inclusive.
Positive ----- Apartment reasonable size and clean except for settee.
food choice and quality not worthy of 3 star.
One evening had a plate of what liiked like chicken casserole to find 95% bones and 1 peice of Chicken approx 1" square.
Other guest had plastic in a grey colured chicken nugget which he photographed.
No fans in room they wanted £20 euro to hire a room fan(basic requirement in a hot country).Never been charged for this before.
Settee had a multitude of unsightly stains.
Only 1 british channel(world news).
Sunbeds are back breaking so only managed to spend a few hours on them.
Zero atmoshpere maybe a little background music in evening where there was a handful of tables which ensured that vast majority went elsewhere.
Luckily we had suitable finances to eat out and attend somewhere in the evening with atmosphere.
To remain at the complex would have meant an extremely disappointing holiday and I feel sorry for those who attend an All Inclusive to save money.
Snacks consist of left over breakfast rolls filled with breakfast salami/ham and a few small cheap cakes.Thats it!
Food and drink out is very reasonable.8 euro for a 3 course meal.1.5 euro a pint.
Watch the ratings fall!!!!!!!

This hotel/apartment complex was awful. The food was a terrible buffet style food, serving raw pork chops. If staying here I'd recommend going self catering and eating out. There's loads of nice restaurants nearby serving really nice food and reasonably priced. There were 8 apartments broken into whilst we were there. And our apartment had signs of an attempt to break in. The staff were useless apart from Manuel!

Hi, me Andy boyfriend are staying at this hotel in 2 days time. We have already cancelled 1 hotel in Puerto de la cruz because of really terrible reviews, so I am hoping I have made the right decision. Could some past visitors please tell me what the all inclusive package is like - the drinks, snacks, meal times and what alcoholic drinks are included? You would be a great help :) many thanks

Just back from a week spent at Oasis Mango, Tenerife. We have two small children aged four and a half and one and a half. Found our apartment to be very spacious, very clean and also nice and cool courtesy of blackout window linings. Staff could not be more helpful and friendly from the minute we checked in. Also, the steps referred to in other reviews were not a problem even though we had a rather cumbersome three wheeler buggy with us. The walk to Las Americas is no problem but you would definitely need to get a taxi back (c.€8) as Oasis Mango is at the top of a huge hill. Food was typical buffet style and we had no bother filling our plates every night. The pool area was also lovely and well maintained with no shortage of sun beds. Very happy with our stay at Oasis Mango.
