lovely spacious apartments, very clean only thing lacking was air conditioning.Would def get a 4 star rating if air conditioning was provided. About a 25 minute walk downhill to the beach. Didnt try the all inclusive option so cant rate it. We were lucky to hire a fan from reception because it was extremely hot for september. Entertainment seems to be all focused for the french but that didnt bother us. Staff very friendly and bedding towels changed very frequently.

this was our 3rd holiday at the Los Alisios we find the staff very friendly the rooms spacious and kept clean. There is a lot of French tourists there but we didnt find them rude we are a couple and enjoy getting away from normal English life there isnt a lot of entertainment on but that is not what we go on holiday for if we did we would go to Butlins!! The staff rememberd us from previous visits and welcomed us back with open arms. The food is fine unless you are fussy there was always something we liked although they do serve a lot of fish. i would recommend this hotel to my friends. The hotel is a walk up hill from the beach but taxis and buses arent expensive.

Room Tip: i would recommend B block if you want sun on an evening or A block for sun on a morning on your balc...

Just arrived back from these apartments, probably the worst holiday i have ever had!! Food was average and the apartments were kept clean and towels/bedding was changed regularly, and bar staff were friendly, but this is the only good thing i have to say!! Entertainment was all in French,so although we were all inclusive we spent a fortune elsewhere on an evening for better entertainment and also in taxi fares! None of the entertainment staff acknowledge you if you are British,we felt like we were singled out all holiday, just because we werent French!! Reception staff were not very helpful throughout the week or on the day we were leaving! I would never return to this hotel in the future and would not recommend it to anyone!!!

Very well kept and staffed 2/3 star accommodation. Large and comfortable apartment and cleaned/ serviced every day with linen changes. I did not try any of the food on offer so can't comment, Large and well priced supermarkets close by catering for everything required for a weeks stay. About 10 mins walk into town easy and close to local Titsa buses so airport transfer simple at €3.10 as well as getting around the island. Reasonably quiet as end of summer and thankfully not too many noisy children or adults! Would go again as a cheap, budget break.

Room Tip: Block B has sun on balcony in the afternoon, Block A in the morniing

we were offered this hotel as an alternative as the hotel we chose was having problems, the staff were very pleasant and helpful and the room was cleaned every day except on wednesday's, (cleaners day off) towels changed daily also. the rooms were spacious and bright and fully equipped for self catering, we were all inclusive and found the food o.k. but had to reheat it sometimes in the microwave, there is one small bar near the pool which serves from 10.30am to 11.00pm then closes completely because of permanent residents complaining and also the french guests don't drink late. the pool is fine but the tiles are very slippy so be warned ! the entertainment for the british was a quiz once a week, everything else was in french. they had a club for the kids called club 3000. but it was only for french kids as they had to take out insurance for it and it was in french again. if they want british guests there i would suggest trying to do a little more to make them feel welcomed.

Apartment was spacious, on the ground floor, with pool view and terrace area.

Breakfast was very good, but evening meal food was average. They need to find a better way of collecting dirty plates and cutlery, stacking them in piles creates a lot of chipped crockery, and the noise ruins the ambience.

Overall entertainment was very poor, but that said we were only there for one week, and entertained ourselves - boat trip, monkey park, Loro Parque, beaches, crazy golf (not on site).

Staff were professional, and polite.

Pool area was clean, with life guard available from mid-day until dusk 6pm.

The children's first holiday abroad, and they seemed happy, which was mostly what we went for.

My sisters and my money was well spent, and we would recommend; but we would go either self catering or breakfast only at this hotel if staying again.

Room Tip: Peaceful location, relaxed atmosphere, children had a good time.

I am a full believer that a holiday is what you make it.... Had a fantastic holiday in this resort meeting some great people... But after reading the bad reviews about the French holiday makers and the staff I honestly couldn't believe it could be that bad.... How wrong the advert in france must read please stay at our hotel and the ruder you are to the English guest the better. Although 50 % of the staff were amazing the others including the two female club 3000 reps (the lad reps all nice and friendly) the evening waiters and especially a woman manager were disgracefully rude to all English guests. I think the hotel needs to cater for all nationalities or make it a French hotel only. On a positive note the rooms were lovely and cleaned everyday the pool was great.
