“Best all inclusive we have been on :-)”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed July 26, 2013 via mobile

We have just returned after a week at Paradise Park and we will definitely be returning! Unfortunately the first room we were given didn't have air con so the first night wasn't very comfortable. It was a larger than average room (Junior suite apparently) and had a Jacuzzi Bath but it wasn't very clean and unfortunately had 'chewing gum' on the shower door! So as you can imagine I wasn't very impressed. But as soon as we rang reception they sent two big fans straight to the room and told us they would move us the next day which they did with no hassle. After that things just started getting better and better! The food is amazing with regular steak, chicken breast, lamb and pork chops, gammon cooked on the grill in front of you. Staff are very friendly! Kids clubs were fantastic during the day (foam party was great!) and kept our children ranging from ages 5 to 12 entertained all day. The staff new all the children's names off by heart and would come looking for them to see if they wanted to join in. The evening entertainment was in my opinion great! Haven't seen better at any other all inclusive hotel! We were very entertained. Acrobats, great magic show, snake show, knife man, lady gaga dancers etc. To save my husband travelling up and down to the bar on a night they would give him a bottle of wine when he asked for one. There was never a fight for sunbeds, tables or dinner or tables for evening entertainment, always seemed to be just enough for everyone! There were 12 of us and every evening they would quickly set up a table for us all with no hesitation! There is a shuttle bus to take you into town and pick you up as it is rather a long walk. We used to walk there early before it got too hot and then get the bus back as it is uphill coming back. We've had a fantastic holiday and wouldn't hesitate to book again. Very friendly. Not to big yet not too small. Best all inclusive we have been on. Only drawback is a few rooms need up dating but if you get a bad room the staff are very helpful and try to get you moved ASAP :-)

This is the second time we stayed at Paradise Park. Again another wonderful holiday. Staff were more than helpful and very friendly. Good variety of food at all meal times of the day and all very hot. There are five pools so plenty of space and sunbeds for everyone. Duplex apartments have been refurbished and now have air con which is great especially in the July heat. Plenty of room in these apartments for a family of six. In general a very enjoyable holiday!

From the second we arrived we felt welcome and relaxed. The reception, bar and cleaning staff were all fantastic. There are four pool areas, a few lively pools for families and two adult only areas including a lovely roof top area with a hot and cold jacuzzi, pool and plenty of loungers. The all inclusive drinks were wonderful, there are beer taps to help yourself to and cocktail machines. The bar staff also offer all the usual drinks and there's some nice local spirits, including flavoured ones and a lovely sparkling wine. It's also nice to pay a bit extra for imported drinks when on all inclusive rather than having to pay the full price of them.

The nearby beach is great and there is plenty around to do. After the hotel bar closes a little after midnight there's some near by bars that are lively till 2am then it's about five euros in a taxi to Las Americas which is lively till 6am. It's also a great place for families as the children's pools and entertainment is fab. They have impressive acts on for kids and adults at the hotel each night.

We enjoyed our holiday (11 days) beginning of July, the choice of pools was great to save running for sun loungers first thing in the morning. As usual there was some very selfish people who left towels on loungers the majority of the day and didn't use them but we used our room key and went to the pool on the other side. The food was excellent but became a bit boring after day 7 but still enjoyable. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The only downsides were the lack of a proper kids club, it only lasts for 45mins at a time so not enough time to do anything worthwhile, and I'm sure when I booked the all inclusive deal it included some branded alcoholic drinks, we were then informed it didn't and ended up paying €1.50 extra for Johnnie Walker whiskey but we're not big drinkers so it wasnt that much of a big deal, it just meant we didn't drink as much. We also had booked the premier family salon but it was at the front over the reception so some nights it could get quite noisy. Overall we would definitely go back.

Room Tip: I would avoid a room above the reception next time. Some nights it was quite noisy with people arri...

We stayed at the hotel 30 June '13 and had booked a Premium Junior Suite for the 7 nights. On arrival (approx 9pm) we were disappointed with, not the room we had been allocated, but the terrace that came with it. The suites are in four blocks on four levels by the main pool. The terrace on this room was below the pool level and was walled in on two sides to the roof and had a gap about 2/3 feet on one side looking into some vegetation, it felt very claustrophobic and I was not happy with this. I immediatley went back to reception and spoke with Flor, who was very understanding & fantastic at her job! On explaining the situation she asked if we could stay there that night and the following day she would allocate us another room on top floor. I was happy with this as it was late by this time anyway. The next day we were allocated a room on the top floor, the porter moved our cases up whilst we sunbathed and we were issued with new key cards. Our new room was on two levels, had two bathrooms/showers and two balconies, one on each level - fantastic!
We spent most of our time on the top floor, an area for adults only with small pool. It was very relaxing up there, we always got a sunbed, table and parasol without a problem. As we were on an All inclusive basis we made use of the bar and had snacks at lunchtime - toasties, salad, ice cream and pastries were on offer here. Other snack bars around the hotel pools offered more choice but this was fine for us.
We did go to the Atlantic Pool/Park one day which was a nice setting, but as with the main pool, lots of children here - so a little bit noisy for us!
On a couple of occasions we took the free minibus down to the harbour, which was good, but it did fill quickly, so get there earlier rather than later. It was a short walk, albeit uphill from the beach back to the hotel, I liked the location of the hotel overall.
The meals were fine, lots of choice I felt, all the usual fare. If anything, maybe a bit repetative, but I think that is fairly standard on All Inclusive, nothing to complain about.
The entertainment on offer each evening was the typical tribute act, magicians, reps cabaret variety etc - not for me I'm afraid but most seemed to enjoy it.
A nice hotel, great staff, all very friendly and made you feel welcome. I would return here again.

Room Tip: If you are booking a Premium Junior Suite - request a top floor as these are duplex.

Just got back from staying at Hotel Paradise Park. My wife, two grow up teenagers and myself.
The staff at the hotel really made our stay a relaxing and ' can not do enough for us experience.' That was quite extraordinary and continued throughout our stay.
We stayed in an apartment and were really happy with this as it was quiet comfortable and cleaned every day.
Our stay was on an all inclusive basis and we were pleased with the food on every meal.
Even the kids were happy, which was a real relief as there were always steaks on the hot plates. The food catered for every taste.
The top of the hotel has an excellent place to chill out and get away, as it is 'adults only' and the view of Los Christianos was breath taking. Plus there was a bar there to have drinks too.
The shuttle mini bus was a really good benefit as it was free to and fro from the further beach closer to Los Americas.
Over all the hotel provided an excellent service in a quiet location with a slow quiet stroll to the beach. Plus a short distance from the sunday market which was really good.
We will definately come again next year
Well done 'Paradise Park Hotel'
