“2 weeks of " Paradise "”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed May 4, 2013

We spent the last two weeks of April in this lovely hotel. From the moment we arrived we were looked after in every way and I cannot wait to go back. Our room was overlooking the pool (330) The bathroom was a good size with an excellent shower and the water was always hot. The beds were very comfortable and the balcony very sunny although we never had time to sit out on it as there was so much to do and see in the hotel itself. The food was excellent, with lovely breakfasts ( even fizzy wine for your Buck,s fizz ) to delicious lunches in the bar area where you were looked after by the lovely friendly waiters who always took the time to ask how your day was going, or you could have a snack at the pool bars to save you drying off after your swim. Dinner was the same, plenty of choice and always fresh fish, pork or steak cooked in front of you as well as the many other dishes on offer. I cannot understand people who moan about the food as it was always hot, plentiful and delicious. The pools were great, we often spent the morning at either of the family pools and then up to the roof ( adults only ) for the afternoon to read our books or listen to music while getting nicely tanned, We never had any problem getting a sunbed , in fact there were plenty to choose from, also umbrellas to shade you from the sun. We met a lot of really nice people of all ages, and everyone I spoke to had nothing but praise for the hotel .Lastly I would like to thank the hard working staff for making my holiday so perfect. Its not an easy job keeping a hotel running smoothly but the Paradise Park have definitely got it right. Thanks to Antonio, Eliana, Alicia, Jose and David to name but a few of the wonderful staff. You all contributed to a wonderful relaxing holiday. See you all next year.

We were left homeless after arriving at this hotel. After seeing 3 rooms that were tatty and smelled of damp the 4th room was no better. Seeing a hole in the sheet we pulled it back to reveal a disgusting mattress. Damp with black bits that we just would not touch. We left, with no place to go. Eventually finding another hotel that too was 4 star, and was wonderful. How can that be??
We cant understand why the other reviews rate this Hotel.

This hotel is more than good value for money. Hope for opportunity to return next year. We were not keen on the first room we were offered but there was no problem in arranging, within twenty minutes, another on the sixth floor with excellent view over the town and sea view. All the staff were very friendly and cooperative. The room was very clean with linen and towels changed regularly. The dining rooms, reception etc were also kept very clean and tidy. We had booked half board but soon realized it was easier to be all inclusive and this was arranged at reception at a very reasonable cost. Food here was very good and plenty of choice. The only exception that annoyed my wife was she could not get proper porridge. They seem to think that uncooked oats and milk produce porridge, but they do not. All in all we would recommend this hotel to friends.

We booked this last minute, paid very little and went for 4 days 23-27 April 2013. Staff were very friendly, rooms clean and modern. Food good, plenty sunbeds, with towels available for a refundable deposit. We only did the roof top terrace, it was so quiet with a bar that never had a queue so we didn't try any of the others. 7 euro for a taxi into las Americas and 24 to airport. Selection of bars and restaurants and supermarket within minutes. We would definitely go back. It may be worth booking half board and up grading through the hotel on arrival, this seemed a really good buy. We booked all inclusive with the tour operator. Hair drier in the bathroom is one of the wall mounted ones so not ideal for styling! Flat screen tv with uk channels. Our balcony over looked the road but it was fine, nice and quiet. We did e mail the hotel and ask for a pool view however there were none available and they took the time to e mail to let us know.

We stayed here for 1 week in the Easter holidays and had a fantastic stay. The hotel was a minute walk from the centre of town but there was bars, supermarket and restaurants near the hotel. The 20 minute transfer from the hotel cost 30 euro, so don't bother with the boring coach.

Hotel was brill, we stayed all inclusive. The food was varied, really yummy and not boring as stated. The drinks were great and I am love being able to serve myself sangria and lager from the pump! The entertainment was good, if you like 'a turn'. We had an 11 year old with us who was loving every minute. The hotel pools were ace and the adult only lazy river was great for getting away from the noise; still has the child in sight though! The room was clean and comfortable.

We had a great stay and I would recommend.

My wife and I have just returned from one week all inclusive holiday at Paradise Park Hotel, Los Christianos. Extremely pleased with hotel, staff and food. Hotel was very well kept and clean with almost all of the staff very helpfull and happy.
Pool areas and spa areas are great with all the pools heated and clean. Roof top pool area is adults only with loads of available sun beds.
Large selection of food during meal times , including several fish and meat dishes.
The all inclusive drinks are fantastic. Most of the bars having self service to soft drinks, coffee, wine , beer and water.

Only small gripe I have is that the WIFI ( which is free) is a bit hit and miss within certain areas of the hotel. In addition to this the hotels evening entertainment was dated and catered more for the elderly.
We are in our early 40s
However, we had a fantastic time and have already planned to go back next year.
Our holiday dates were from 22 April 2013.

I had a room in the main block on the sixth floor overlooking the pool. The views out to sea were great. The room was larger than usual for Spanish holiday hotels. The pool area was on two levels with the upper level adults only.An adults only area was available on the roof with plenty of beds.Great place to recuperate after a night out, quiet with great views.Food average 3 star standard. Service again 3 star.I was not unhappy with my choice of hotel and would recommend it to others. A 4 star should have a little bit of a "wow factor" which this hotel did not quite have. It was a little remote at the back of the town, although there are bars close by. The uphill walk from the front may not suit some.

Room Tip: Upper floor main block facing pool for views too die for.
